Sounds a good place but they have only a OU hecaher if they would have a heimishe hecaher much more people will be able to enjoy it- don't get me wrong I have nothing against the OU it's just not at the standard I and a big part of the Monsey community is sticking to

Slightly higher priced than other Rita's locations, but the quality is great! Love all the flavors ? no garbage can outside is a bit inconvenient.

Understaffed. Girl behind counter was having anxiety over the amount of people in store and was snapping at her coworker that she needs help. It was busy but not that busy that she shouldn’t have been able to keep herself in check.

They are terrible here the service is probably the worst I’ve ever seen don’t expect to get a normal serving of ice cream bec the 10 year olds that they staff are going to ignore you and not give u what you ordered the irs should check this place out because I could promise you they actually have kids working the counter here good luck to anyone looking for a normal experience this place is terrible.
