The lighting was so dark I needed to use my phone flashlight to see the menu. I enjoyed the shrimp appetizer and the steak kew entre but my husband did not like the shrimp low mein noodles.

We always eat at lotus when visiting the casino. The staff is so welcoming from the hostesses to the waitresses. The food is always fresh and delicious. I recommend the orange chicken and the shrimp stir fry as well as the wonton soup. Look forward to my next visit

Outstanding staff, excellent servers and food runners. I have been to this restaurant several times and the staff is always friendly and polite. The dishes are delicious and have never been disappointed .

Making a reservation was easy. When my party of 5 arrived, we were shown to a table for 8 or more. Not good for conversation! When we objected to that table, we were finally directed to a hightop seating area that was okay. The food was delicious. The mongolian beef, the shrimp anf potsticker appetizers were excellent as was the fish maw and the wonton soups.

No complaints about the food, it was more so the service. The waitress was not attentive. She got a simple order of seltzer water mixed up and served sprite instead. We finally tracked her down to correct the order. But no biggie, it happens. Then she came to take our dinner order as we started giving her our order she was distracted by someone who wanted to say hello to her and she told us to wait. Wait? She should have told the person who wanted to greet her “one minute please”, not the customer. Lastly after our appetizers the young man came to take away our small plates. At the same time he took my martini which was half full and proceeded to take it away until I told him “wait I'm still drinking that!”. So after he placed my drink on the sticky appetizer plate, he returned it to me. I commented the entire bottom of the glass was sticky, he walked away. Overall we enjoyed a delicious duck dinner for two but it would have been nicer to have an attentive waitress.......and not a sticky martini glass

Always a great meal at Lotus! They were short staffed, and a bit overwhelmed, but the amazing teamwork and great ambiance always comes through. I'm a fan of the Szechuan Chicken and the Pork Pot Stickers. Amazing! And nice wine choices as well.

the dinners were excellent, well prepared and generous proportions. Prepared with excellent flavors and spice. The dinners were served in good time and fresh. Our server, Christine was very good, completed our food orders just as we requested, and she was very attentive to making our dining very enjoyable.

My dinner was delicious, as always. I had a nice Mai Tai drink, calamari, e-noodles with shrimp (to go) and shrimp with red&green chiles with rice. The food is always spot-on and very, very good. My waitress, Nena, is absolutely the best of the best. She is so very friendly, courteous and very professional at all times. That is one of the reasons that I always come back. For that fact, everyone in this restaurant is very courteous, professional and very friendly. I got to meet the new manager who also seems very friendly, courteous and very professional as well. It was my pleasure. Yuki was on vacation in China so I did not get to see her this time. She is also a great waitress. Stephanie, the bartender, was also on vacation in Florida, so I did not get to see her this time as well. She is a great bartender and a lovely person. I shall be back shortly.
Great food! Staff were fantastic! Wonton soup was the best I've ever had. Salt and pepper Calamari was cooked just right. Our main courses were sweet and sour pork and the Peking Duck. Could not have asked for a better meal. Start to finish we loved this place. We will definitely be back here again.

I always love it at Lotus, the pot stickers and Szechuan chicken are amazing. My only issue was with the request I made for a specific server, and then how long it took to get served a cocktail. Next time I'll make sure the request was acknowledged.

Excellent menu with great Asian food. Especially enjoy the more authentic side of the menu. Service was spotty last night with long wait for bar orders. My second glass of wine was delivered more than 10 minutes after ordering. Usually much better.
