The lady at the counter is super nice. But the wait time is ridiculous because she's the only one during the most busiest time of the day. I waited over 30 min for my sandwich and during the time I was there waiting about 10 people walked out because they didn't want to wait.

Whenever I'm at Thompson square I stop in for a tuna footlong sandwich. The same worker is always there, and he makes a great sandwich, super friendly, always smiling and seems happy to be there. I asked him his name and he said scott. I asked him if he was the manager, he said no and I said you should be. Keep up the good work scott.

The reviews are right; this is the cleanest subway I’ve ever seen. The guy who works here is great. They were out of bread but he made us a wrap and salad instead. The gluten free bread has been discontinued. FYI if you’re gf like me.

I placed my order for delivery as I have multiple times in the past on the subway app. My order was being prepared for 45mins and then was canceled I didn’t know until I just so happened to check the status. In the cancellation email I was told to call the restaurant and when called it goes straight to voicemail not being able to speak to anyone. Finally an hour and a half later the owner Carrie called and was very unprofessional. Told me that I was wrong that they don’t do deliveries when I have ordered on the app and have been delivered to multiple times in the past. She didn’t provide an adequate resolution to the problem and kept telling me how wrong I was. Finally she told me another number to text my receipt to and that she would “try” and figure out what went wrong. It’s been a half hour and I still don’t know what’s going on and when and if I’m getting the money I spent back. You can’t run a successful business like this.

Food was good. If you pay by credit card it automatically added a $4 tip when we skipped tip. The man refused to refund because "times are tough". Ripoff. Pay cash here. Who knows if we'll keep it and void the food.

Stopped for a quick lunch while staying at the KartRite! They were kind. Loved the new fridges they have, the food is covered which is nice to see!

I just stopped in or a bit hero for my wife.The bread was old the bacon not cooked. Little to no mayo.If u our going serve the public please do so with fresh food. Also I asked the employee to toast the bread her reply it's done No it wasn't thank you for a complete let done.

I never knew people with so many Tattoos could be so friendly, especially when the guy had his belt below his butt and his brown underwear was showing while he worked really hard restocking the chips! Both the lady and guy made really good sandwiches the way we liked them. They were so nice we gave them $2 bills as tips. They also gave us cool information from around the area as we were not locals.

Food was fresh (as usual) servers were polite (and greeted us upon arrival. We needed to take some sandwiches on a day trip, and this was the perfect fare!
