The service at this joint is very poor. The staff that answered the phone after me telling him my address, first he said he would deliver , then changed his mind and told us to order from door dash. After we paid in full he said that door dash makes them send their own drivers and he can’t deliver.Upon calling door dash we were informed the restaurant doesn’t have a deal with door dash where dashers go there, they use their own drivers and just advertise on door dash. He hung up the phone when we requested a cancellation despite saying he won’t deliver. The least he could have done is cancel the order.Like in many other posts below I had the same experience of the ‘staff’ huffing and puffing on the phone from my first to my last call.Extremely rude!!!

I’ve been ordering from Gerardo’s for years. I’ve given them plenty of business over the years. However, their prices have gotten ridiculous as well as their service. I ordered for my birthday dinner shrimp scampi and clams oregonata. Instead of them delivering the clams oregonata, they gave me clams casino which I don’t like. When I called to tell him they gave me an incorrect order, he told me to just eat the clam casino. I don’t like clams casino. He made no effort to rectify it or offer me credit. The shrimp scampi was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. $60 later. My birthday dinner was ruined. Don’t give them business because they don’t care if they get any. Use D’Almafi in Bedford Hills instead the is better service is nicer.

Instead of giving me clams oregonata, I got clams casino which I don't like. They were super salty and so was the shrimp scampi. When I called to tell them I received the wrong order, they told me just eat those clams, you'll like them, which I didn't. After spending over $60 dollars for dinner, they made no effort to rectify their mistake or offer me credit. I wouldn't give them business because they don't care if they get any.

Does this look like a good cheese pizza? Yes, yes it does. But I ordered extra cheese. I'm tired of being charged a fortune for a pizza and having the restaurants skimping out. It's tasty, for sure. But I could have gotten the same thing without the extra cheese charge.

The pizza here has gone way downhill in the last month or two, and it's consistently been that way. We get pizza here every week and now the dough is always overproofed, with the crust failing to rise and thick chunks of old wet flour cooked onto the crust. The pizza doesn't taste as good either. Don't know what's going on but it's not the same

Our favorite pizza place in Kisco! Pizza is great and any guy behind the counter is always so friendly/welcoming! Perfect place all around!Parking: Parking on the street. Sometimes is available. But just around the corner there's a lot and they have a back doorKid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly. Right across the from the park I've seen countless families there after a summer day/lots of baseball games etc

My family orders from Gerardo's nearly every week! We have tried many, many delicious meals from the menu. We always have a delectable and hearty meal and are always pleased with the service and professionalism of the business. We are all Italian and we are NEVER disappointed! Whenever there is the slightest question or issue with completing the order we get a personal call to clarify or satisfy the order, despite how busy the restaurant is on a night. Pleasantly suprised! Walking by I stopped in for a quick slice. Had 1 Sicilian and one Buffalo. The Sicilian was light and airy with a nice crunch on the bottom. Buffalo slice had healthy portion of chicken and seasoned perfectly.I got the sense it was the owner that served me, he was friendly and helpful. No sign of rudeness others have mentioned. (Kind of wish he was rude, that's all that was missing from an authentic NY owner operated Pizza shop.)Found this place by accident as I was spending the day waiting at nearby Northern Westchester Hospital. May not make a longer trip here but would not hesitate to return if I were in the area. Keep up the good work, there should be more places like this.
