A loyal customer for years I would buy their nutmeg bread almost weekly and boxes of easter bun as gifts for family. Unfortunately, I read the ingredients of the nutmeg bread and they use potassium bromate, a known carcinogen which is banned in the EU, Canada and several other countries. I hope that you can find a substitute for this ingredient. I was very disappointed .
