They won’t deliver to certain parts of Mount. Vernon but I guess they don’t consider their store in Mt. Vernon. I forget “ Fleetwood” I live on the North side and to hear, they can’t deliver anywhere past Lincoln Ave is crazy to me lol. They aren’t the only one, I work in Yonkers and ordered food from there and it was delivered but when I tried to order from my home, it’s too far. Yeah alright, I think I know what’s happening here. Racist.

Haven’t had anything bad from here. Food is always fresh. The fried rice has fresh veggies and delivery is quick and the driver is always very friendly. I Don’t eat Chinese from anywhere else.

I order crab wontons and i received some kind of pork or beef . When i told the lady she was yelling and being rude . She gave me back the same thing i told her was wrong . Then she proceeded to get mad at me for opening the package to check if my order was right .

Big disappointment concerning Great Wall 15 West Broad Street, Mount Vernon, NY. I called in order #104 scallops with lobster sauce quart $13.95. The quart was filled with lobster sauce but the flat scallops were the size of a quarter and there were only 8 so I got 3, my daughter got 3 and my husband got 2. I called and spoke to probably the owner and said I got 8 small flat scallops and just the liquid and he said the chef said he put 12 in there and I said there were only 8 but he kept contradicting and said scallops are expensive and that this was soup. I said this was a dinner and was under seafood dinners not soup. He just kept up with his excuses. Horrible customer service. Don’t buy from a crook.

I think this place is great for takeout. Lots of chicken in the chicken dish. The dish I ordered was a little sweeter than what I would prefer, but I’ll just try a different dish next time and anyway that’s only my personal preference. It’s good quality, and the price is right! I’ll definitely be a regular going forward.
