Received my second 10 meal lunch/dinner meal prep set today. Everything I am seeing looks healthy and on-point. I requested sauces on the side and less sodium than my first set, and the team followed my instructions.I look forward to ordering again in the future.

Soulzfit is a small place. We a party of four. We each had something different, and 2 were satisfied, and two were not. The Tropicakale smoothie was very loose for a smoothie.The vegan options were very limited. Other than that, it was pretty good.

Loving the meal preps! By far the best , great priced meal prep, and fresh food I ever had. In my past experience, I have received frozen like meals and did not enjoy the meats. They also have amazing communication and always update me when my meals are ready. I really recommend Souzafit. Excited to see my results with their meal prep.

I have been using Souzafit for meal prep now for a little over a month and i have recommended it to all of my friends. The food tastes great and they are very flexible with the accomodations. I am someone that cannot each cheese but for my fitness plans my lunch consists of a chicken cheesless quesadilla mean that souzafit prepares and they have yet to disappoint. The previous meal prep location that i used to use was not as flexible and often got my orders wrong.I recommend the teriyaki chicken and the steak. For breakfast the protein french toast is really tasty. The staff is also very friendly and they're always a text away (this is super useful since i do pickups and sometimes traffic prevents me from picking ip at the scheduled time).

This place wasted my time horrible service. I got my money back. Mount Vernon location is a waste of time. Unless you order online you will Be ignored Any service in person. I waited 40 minutes for a smoothie and once I said something they ignored me. Cashier person was doing nothing the whole Time and they only care about door dash service while In store customer wait. Overpriced. Lost a smoothie customer in the neighborhood

Heard about this place a few months ago through the gym I go to, Mount Vernon Barbell but I never got to try their entrees. Finally had the chance to stop by today and try their chicken tacos and it was AMAZING! Great portion size and it left me full. Definitely a great place to eat really healthy foods.

I had for breakfast the sweet potato pancake and the ice protein coffee which were very good! Also came back to try the quesadillas and Acai and I liked it a lot! Highly recommend this place!
