About a year ago this restaurant had very flaky beef patty pastry. I went there in March and the pastry changed to a smooth and stiff texture. It was early about 9ish am so just maybe there were selling day old patties bc these were nasty. And the Cocoa bread was definitely day old bc we all know this bread is so incredibly soft. The energy coming off from the two ladies at the register was so bad. You should not work with people if you're miserable and can't muster up a smile. I'm never going back!

The Ackee Patty. That's the review. I drive an hour for it. The BEST I have ever had. The Soy and veggie patty is also great. They have a bakery line there and the coconut bulla is so delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a side ramp for wheelchair.

So...I got food here for the first time. I was enjoying my mild beef patty until I found a long hair. Not that big a deal bc it's not a real hair, but still. I went back in to return the hair. I said there should not be a hair in the food. The woman says, "what are you telling me for. I didn't serve you". What about, "I apologize. That should not happen. Would you like another patty?" I didn't, but that's not the point. I might come back for some of the frozen stuff. Prices looked good on that. Hygiene and customer service...not so much.

I normally have patronized this establishment when ordering cocktail beef Pattie's for special occasions or treats. Well, I'm done. I ordered 3 dozen cocktail Pattie's from them, 2 of which I took to a work function for 6 people (small potluck). The Pattie's looked strange when I opened the box, dark in color and soft, but I attempted to nuke them in the microwave still, thinking maybe this batch was just a little different. The Pattie's we're gooey and the center was hard where the meat is...it smelled like uncooked dough and they stretched and stuck together like that as well. I was disgusted and embarrassed because the dish I was providing for this very small gathering was noticeably missing. called the restaurant to tell them and was met with requests for me to BRING the Pattie's back so they can see, then told they don't give refunds and only do replacements and if I want to speak to the owner about it I can. the lady (when, Ana- a manager) then proceeded to raise her voice as I sat and questioned her level her service given the incredible inconvenience caused to me with this order. She asked what I thought should be done and I told her they should be refunding my $ and giving me a free dozen Pattie's when I order next time for all this headache. I told her that under other circumstances I would have been placing an order next week for Christmas and she wanted me to bring the Pattie's back next week so they have it to show the warehouse and so she could replace my order- REALLY? So you want me to keep 3 dozen uncooked Pattie's in my fridge, taking up space for edible food, to appease your ridiculous policy? I told her this wasn't some instance of I tried them and don't like them and want my money back-- YOU GAVE ME INEDIBLE FOOD!!! After raising her voice in all her frustration she said she would replace the order next week, don't bring the Pattie's. So for all this inconvenience on top of having to argue with you over the phone after the calling the store 3x, you think replacing my bad order is the best that can be done? Try, I'm not patronizing your restaurant again and I will de disputing the charge on my credit card. You don't treat your regular customers like that, or any of them for that matter. I told her I'd send a video or picture to her or who ever and not even that was enough for her.

The woman who answered the phone was super helpful and kind.My best friend had brought these Patties for a family event and I couldn’t get enough. I already knew I was in for BIG TINGS! They were a hit at the event ?have a variety of regular size Pattie’s from jack fruit, beef, j*** chicken patty, chicken, veggie, and more. I had the curry chicken patty, incredible! If you’re ordering for an event be sure to call early!

They're advertising 50% off vouchers from YELP. I called to confirm and the female manager told me they aren't honoring it. She also said she wasn't aware of any discounts they were offering. Totally unprofessional and certainly makes me not want to give this business a try. You had a potential customer calling and inquiring about your food, and you turned them away without any incentive to come. I'm also concerned about the people who have purchased vouchers or who will purchase vouchers in the future, there's going to be a group of disgruntled people requesting a refund from YELP.

I went here today as we were on call in the area, I figured it would be worth a shot, not only do they wholesale and sell items in store like sauces and drinks, but they also sell hot food, I ordered 3 beef patties, the curry chicken was my favorite, the spicy beef patty was good as a 2nd, but the j*** chicken patty was barely spicy at all and a little bland, but they all came out fresh and hot, and the staff were very friendly

Went to the store this morning to order twenty Patties. The attendant said that I could not get what I order because she was alone. I could get the order but I had to wait 30 minutes. When I finally got the order, it wasn't what I needed. Management need to look at how they treat the customer at their main outlet.
