I visited this KFC, and I can discern that they haven't changed the deep fryer oil. The chicken seemed old, and the fries tasted bitter. Unfortunately, the overall freshness of the food left much to be desired. Save your money and consider other options.

Worst KFC YOU CAN GO TOVisited on 12/12/2023 1030. KFC was supposed to open at 1030, however when I arrived and the door was locked. The staff saw me but refused to open the door. After 20 mins, 4 other customers are now waiting for the staff to open the door. I looked into the store and saw a child sitting there by himself- I assume that a staff brought his/her child to work? That is clearly a breach of work policy?By 1100 pm, 30 mins past the store hours, the staff continued to refused to open the door so I left and went to Popeyes.I don’t understand how can a restaurant not open during listed store hours? Especially 30 mins after the restaurant was supposed to open? Where was the manager? Customer service was nonexistent in this KFC

This was the worst chicken I've ever tasted. The food and service was the same just horrible. The cashier was rude and didn't inform the customers that there wasn't any original chicken ready. Also not sure if it was due to under staffing items were not stocked up. There is no reason for someone to scrap the bottom of the pan to fill an order and it still wasn't enough so now the item is under portioned. The dining room's ice machine was not working. I observed people handling money then went to prepare food without sanitizing their hands. This place will never change just poor service from young untrained people.

Chicken was gross I took a bite from a chicken breast and oil just pour out the chicken breast and all over my shirt and jeans, like I've never had anything like this happened to me before with a chicken. Never again.

This has to be the worst KFC in Westchester NY!!The staff are very unprofessional. They talk to the customers as if they hang out with them and are tired of their jobs. The place itself is pretty clean but the soda fountain always seems to be down two or three flavor choices. Now, to the food. Horribly prepared! The chicken is always overcooked (burned and dry). The sides are old and tasteless and the drinks seem to have half the syrup they should have. I have made delivery orders as well and they never get it right. I will never return to this place again. The owner of this franchise should get rid of everyone and start all over!
