There were a lot of staff working but they seemed somewhat disorganized. We should have gotten take right away but there was a slight delay. The bagels were delicious.

Warning!! I was in there this morning, 10/21/23 to order a breakfast sandwich. After I ordered, I saw a roach crawling around inside the muffins case. When I pointed it out to one of the staffers, she said, I'll deal with it in a minute." She then told another employee about it and when he commented about it, she put her index finger by her lips to quiet him from mentioning it in front of the other customers. I told the first young lady to cancel my order and I left. Disgusting!

$8 for a bacon, egg and cheese. That is ridiculous. On top of that I wait 10 minutes after placing a mobile order because they are always too busy taking to one another. The young staff especially is so annoyed when you ask to be helped. It's unfortunate. I refuse to give them any more of my business because it is every time I go in there. Never a pleasant time.

Excellent Bagels and nice people. The only reason a 4 star review is I needed to transport them to GA. Fresh bagels are always best. GA bagels are only good right out of the oven from our experience.
