My husband and I recently moved to New City. I'd never received such unprofessional, ghetto service from Domino's until moving to New City. In the first incident, the driver didn't want to get out of the car to bring the pizza. We had to call the store and have them call her to come to the door. Then, they had to relay to us that she was at the door because she hadn't knocked on it. The next time we ordered, they left the pizza on the ground and never knocked on the door. I was wondering what took so long so my son opened the door and there was the pizza. When I called the store, a woman claiming to be the Assistant Manager had a so-what attitude. Since it is too much of a hassle for them to do a complete delivery, we will no longer order from Domino's.

This location used to be okay at best. However, they recently (in the last 6 months or so) got a new employee and it shows! I don't know if he's a manager or what but every order has come out right. The service has been better. The food tastes better. Overall I recommend trying this location and if you've already been, I recommend giving them a second chance! I hope they keep it up. This is subject to change. I will update if it changes!

Hi there i ordered pasta primavera PastaGarlic knotsPineapple and jalapeno pizza and choco lava cakeInstead of veggie pasta they gave me chicken pasta cant eat meat today but they gave chicken.Pizza is full of jalapenos no mushroom at all its like they get jalapenos free and put it on pizza but they pay for mushroom so only 1 peice of mushroomDominos newcity will never ever go or suggest anyoneKeep up dominos for the good work.And they told me they cant delivered the right pasta.After 15 mins after review they call me they can deliver pasta i ordered pasta from pizza place next to my house t dominos new city never againThanks

It's just dominoes. It's fine, the people there seem cool, and the pizza is what you'd come to expect.
Never go there , they have worse customers service, they have attitude. They had my order wrong, wrong address .

Honestly I ordered pizza from them more than a of couple times. I want to say that the food is good but the people, the delivery people really are theifs. They charge money to your card if you don't ask for the receipt and won't give you the receipts if you don't ask. If you order online and don't ask for the receipt they charge the card you use to order food with. They are theifs. No one forced them to work there they all applied for the job but to be theifs because they aren't getting paid enough and ruining their franchise is something else. Watch out people they really don't care for you guys.

I work at the shell gas station in Nyack and it's only 3.5 miles away and they stated to me in a very abrupt mean way over the phone when I tried to order food for delivery " WE DON'T DELIVER TO NYACK" exactly in that context that to me is very rude and descrimantion against an area needless to say they lost me as a customer and I will be contacting the better business bureau for that unnecessary course of action. Don't order from this s***hole of a restaurant not worth the time or effort

Ok. I'm giving this Domino's 5 stars. Why? Because for some strange reason, which I can't quite pinpoint, it's the best Domino's I've ever had. Hands down. I don't know if it's the sauce or cheese or the combo of it all but it's good. And consistently good to. I've lived out East and eaten my share of Domino's but this one beats them all. So kudos to the staff there for doing what your doing, just keep on doing it.
