Never again McDonalds at New City. They were nice enough to reimburse me in full … but they didn’t want to see it or acknowledge the carelessness.

The food is always fresh. I live closer to Haverstraw and still take the drive down here because I’ve never had a batch of soggy cold fries and everything is always correct. My only gripe is the drive thru. Very awkward, they should really renovate. Honestly as long as the quality never changes I won’t stop going.

My food was thrown in the bag my cheese burger was filled with ketchup I was really upset . No one was in line and I got serviced a good 2 to 3 minutes standing so I used there computer system . It wasn't cleaned and table

It's one of the best McDonald's in the area. Never had an issue with cold or lukewarm fries like Haverstraw. Service has gotten better in the drive thru with staff being more engaging with customers, greeting and saying have have a nice day when leaving. I recommend it.Parking: You'll always find a place to park
