I waited for my order to be taken, waitress walked away after taking the man's order at my table, leaving me to sit there with nothing. I waited for everyone to finish eating while she came back to check on the man and ignored me. I feel really sad due to this experience and will not be returning.Edit: Table furthest in the back to the right side. Got there about 5:30 pm.(march 8th) Order: wings, kids mozzarella sticks, penne pizza, 1 drink(alcohol),kids spaghetti,kids drinks.I attempted to order when the kids second drinks were ordered. I gave up after. It was known by the table that I can't eat gluten so I didn't order pizza. I just played it off so there wouldn't be conflict. Also a proper tip was given as well. I'm not angry by the situation, just didn't have a good experience. I did say excuse me but maybe she didn't hear me. I like my family to have a good time and didn't want my experience to hurt that.Edit:Also, the man at the table wasn't in good spirits as he decided against finishing the food and wanted it packed up and leave immediately.his facial expression in video reflects that. He put his food in the trash after we left and said that he didn't enjoy being there as the situation stressed him out. In the end...just let your waitress know to ask both adults at the table it they want to order something and not always just cater to the men. It helps.

Very nice bar in the front, good sized dining room in the back, owner was very friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Pasta was fresh and delicious and they had a special burrata pizza that I hope they keep on the menu!

The food was absolutely incredible here. When we got there, there was almost no one in the dining room. While we were waiting for our food, the entire restaurant filled up with kids and their parents celebrating some kind of sports thing. It became incredibly loud and chaotic. Despite this, the lasagna was one of the best dishes I've ever had. It had short rib and prosciutto in it, and it was worth sitting through all of the noise.

My whole family loves getting takeout from here. Best salads and pizzas and sandwiches. Their gluten free pizza is amazing.
Couldn’t believe that I paid $25 for two pieces of manicotti. Wow. Was delicious but extremely overpriced for the portion.Just felt ripped off and still hungry. Was also disappointed in their brussels sprout salad, which I’ve had many times before. Was bland and not up to par.

Horrible experience at Norcina, will never go back there again. Manager was extremely rude and told me to get the Fxxx out because they gave away our table in the bar area that we reserved and then could not get the football game streaming on Peacock in the back room even though we called ahead of time and asked if they would have the game playing! His exact words”what do you expect me to do about it?!”Update: Just as predicted Frank T took no responsibility for his actions and completely fabricated what happened. Sadly he is a bully and wants to say we are. Have never experienced this before in a restaurant with an owner/manager. Our approach to life is very good, hope yours gets better. Good luck.

Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful after they gave our table away that we reserved and told us when we called ahead of time they would have the football game streaming on all TVs. The manager has no idea how to run a business and was very abusive. He told me to get the fxxx out since he obviously wasn't willing or able to rectify the situation.
