Very disgusting bad service bartenders worried about there boyfriends also the bartenders have a full bar but eating pizza from pizza boys as a customer i wasn’t waited on my food wasn’t cook fully worse restaurant in Utica and fire the chef
For in hotel dining, great! I tried a special, a quesadilla burger. It was quite good! The meat seemed very good in quality. It was so juicy and flavorful and the cheddar cheese and smoky, grilled quesadilla were great. The tots were super crispy and crunchy.

I really enjoyed the space here. Very relaxed and comfortable but clean. There were lots of tvs, darts, jumbo connect 4 and Foosball among other things! I was here for work, but it seems like a fun place to hangout. I got one of the specials, the quesadilla burger. The meat was good quality, generous, juicy and tasty great with the melted cheddar cheese and toasty wrap. The tots were crispy!

Great tasting food!! A bit of a cold/commercial feel and you have to go to the hotel for restroom - hotel has a distinctly smoky aroma so if you’re sensitive that’s not fun. Staff was not the most personable but friendly enough and got the job done.

I don't get this place. There were maybe 15 cars in the parking lot of a large hotel. Our room was tiny and DARK. Two small lamps next to the bed. Breakfast was a buffet and really good. Potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, etc and a pile of it so not sure who they were all cooking for. On the plus side, room and hotel were very quiet. I think in the two days we stayed, I only saw 4 other people. Bet was comfortable and room was clean. Staying in 241 which faced the pool and courtyard. Seems to have a lot of potential with the bar and restaurant on site, but for an Ascend Collection hotel, I wasn't real impressed.
