“First time visitor - I ordered eggs bacon and greens from the low carb menu. Fast friendly service, great breakfast at VERY affordable prices- side of bacon was 3 slices not 2, they put real cheese and peppers in their greens. I felt like I got my money’s worth here. Ambiance is nice, and you can see the creek from the booths. Family friendly and clean bathrooms. Great little breakfast spot. We will be back!Vegetarian options: Greens, Fruit, Peppers, SaladsDietary restrictions: Wife has Celiac and Dairy allergy. They were a very allergy conscious and had plenty of GF/DF options.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly atmosphere.“
“MELLY (Melissa) is awesome and made the entire experience for us. Friendly, quick and very welcoming! My food was delicious! (I asked for cheese in my hashbrowns which made them kinda gross but the steak omlette was amazing. Also cold brew coffee was delicious.Parking: Lots of parking“
“Very nice country diner. Breakfast took up the whole large plate and had a take out container left, it was the best. The service was excellent and timely they made you feel as if you were part of their family!Parking: Plenty of parking spots available. Easy to get in and out for a disabled individual.“
“There is something just so homey about a good old school diner breakfast or lunch! This place 100% captures all of that and has great food. My daughter and I killed some excellent pancakes and my wife had what seemed to be the largest omelet I've ever seen. This is a must if you're in the area. I mean with big fluffy pancakes what could possibly be wrong?“
“Amazing. If I could give more stars I would. First time here. The service was amazing. Nice relaxing environment. You don't feel the need to rush through your meal. Food was amazing. My husband and I will definitely be back. Our new favorite place.“
“We arrived at Marr-Logg around 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday. When we arrived, we were immediately acknowledged and greeted by a server. We took our seats. There were plenty of booths and tables to choose from. They appear to have three rows of booths with tables in the middle of the aisles, allowing them to accommodate a large number of people at once. I was concerned that if the restaurant was small and we arrived at 8 a.m., it would already be crowded, but this was not the case. Our server informed us that she would be the only server for a short period of time until more servers arrived. It is unusual for the server to give you a heads up, so we appreciated her doing so.I ordered the standard fare of two eggs, juice, home fries, bacon, and Italian toast. The server asked if I wanted soft or hard crust Italian bread; I had no idea what the difference was, and she said she preferred the hard crust; it's a "East Utica thing," so I went with her recommendation. The toasts were delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the texture was fluffy and delicious.I prefer my home fries deep fried, but they only cook them on the grill, so I requested crispy potatoes. My potatoes were not as crispy as requested, but they were perfectly seasoned and cooked throughout (not hard, as if it hadn't finished cooking), so I didn't mind. The portion was neither too small nor too large—it was just right and filled me up! It is usually hard to get full with breakfast food, but I left satisfied! The prices were reasonable.I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast! ??“
“Went in this morning and was not disappointed! The service was great, the coffee was fresh, and the food was delicious. The pancakes were thick, the bacon was perfectly crispy, and the biscuits and gravy was also delightful (coming from a southerner!) Can't wait to go back.“
“Excellent breakfast joint! The vibe is much like a classic diner (in fact the New Hartford location was a diner some years ago).I’ve never been for lunch or dinner, but their breakfast is the star of the show. I had their Gaimbrotte which is an enormous breakfast scramble with peppers, onions, potatoes and more. I had their marble rye toast and it was outstandingly delicious. My wife had the Irish skillet and loved it.The service was really good with the staff keeping up with refilling our coffees and water. The helpings are very large, so much so that we each brought at least half of our meals home for breakfast the next day (also very tasty) It’s not an inexpensive meal but with a large helping one of their skillets could easily be shared by 2 people. We will be back for another great breakfast at some point in the near future to either this or their Rome location.“
