This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin. There were 4 people working, 1 on front and 3 on drive thru. I had a large mobile to go order sent in 15 minutes prior. All 4 workers ignored myself and several other people that walked in. Several people left because they were being ignored. And btw, my mobile order took 30 more minutes and I had to keep on bugging them. Never again
When you go to DD you are most likely trying to caffeinate to get through your day, and you also probably want a snack..well..this location doesn't have espresso, they can't make any hot drinks other than regular coffee, and they don't have many of the donuts that are usually in the available selection. The only good thing about this location is that they have the iced coffee/tea on tap. It makes it taste a lot colder coming out of the tap. Otherwise this place is trash. If you use the drive through you will be waiting forever to have your order taken and once you finally get to the window you can watch them goof around while your order isn’t even being made and no one is coming to cash you out.
