I've been a several Jersey Mikes stores. This is by far the worst I have ever been to. Just for clarification my wife managed a Jersey Mikes down South. Grand opening and everything. I know exactly how these stores are supposed to be run and this is not how a Jersey Mikes should be run.For starters, Elamar took our order but didn't write down the order like she was supposed to. Her attitude was very rude. I was making sure she heard my whole order and she cut me off and said she had heard my wife say what she wanted. Then after we got our subs, a giant chipolte w/ extra cheese and a chicken bacon ranch, I asked for a couple sides of ranch for my wife. I had originally asked for one but my wife had then asked for two. So I communicated that and Elamar acted so upset that we wanted sides of ranch! After she set them on the counter for me I stood there expecting her to get lids. She looked at me and said "you want lids too?" She was so upset when I said yes! At every other Jersey Mikes I've ordered my chipolte with extra cheese, the cheese is literally everywhere on that sub! This sub didn't have extra cheese even though the staff said that there is extra cheese on it. I'm extremely disappointed in this particular Jersey Mikes store. I've always felt like I was getting a "sub above" regardless of what location I've gone to. I'm extremely disappointed in this store and I will be finding a different Jersey Mikes store to do business with.

My subs were delicious I ordered a few different subs for my family I ordered the 16, 17,56, 44, 3 , and a 7 my sub was the 56 and the small girl on the flattop was phenomenal every time I go in to get a sub I would like her to make it for me it was so well done everything was cooked so well and right amount of stuff in my sub usually would have stuff missing when I ordered but they are turning around and I’m happy they gave let’s go jersey mikes new Hartford ?

The Jersey mikes in new Hartford has been so great too me everytime I come in they have my subs perfectly I come in and out the service there is great and have great conversations with the workers there the sandwiches are built beautiful and always have the right amount of toppings and meat I highly recommend keep the good work upWheelchair accessibility: They are always so helpful with my friends mother when she comes in clears entrances ways so she can get through thank you ? so much jersey mikes workers

The service was fine, my food was ready before the scheduled time. They were out of a few drinks, but that happens. My issue is that this is the 2nd time I have ordered a sub for myself from this location, and this is the 2nd time I received mayo on my sandwich. I hate mayo, it basically makes it inedible for me. So now I'm stuck at work with a sad sandwich that I really don't want to eat. The last time it was basically dripping with mayo, this time at least it's only a smear, but even adding another sauce, I can still taste it.

There wasn't much of a line. The staff was friendly and greeted me and walked me through the entire process of a sub order. The quick smooth assembly of my sandwich was work the second I bit into it. Excellent sub A++

The amount of disrespect I am greeted with every time I go in for a sandwich during my lunch is disgusting. I work at a neighboring shop and just want to get my sandwich and get out. I can’t even do that without the past 3 times going in being laughed at and whispered in front of to the coworkers about me.Regardless of this their service is bad. They take forever, have 0 people skills and make a poor sandwich.I have retried to come and enjoy my sandwich multiple times thinking maybe it was in my head or it was just one of the workers.The same reoccurring worker has started this and I have refrained from being disrespectful to him but i am fed up.Also “thanks” for touching your face with you gloves as you are huffing and puffing and then continuing to make my sandwich…

Ordered roast beef but came out unmarried like something I'd find I'm biology class and tasteless like imitation meat. The roll was stale and hard. Delivered by Heather she did an amazing job and the folks at the store assembling it did great as well but the ingredients suked

I can't believe how incredibly rude and obnoxious the employees are at this location. I have always loved JM's but I will not be coming back here until things change. I have already placed a complaint to corporate and my husband is meeting with law enforcement...YES LAW ENFORCEMENT because when he went in to try to talk to someone about an incorrect order he was met with a camera phone in his face from and employee who was threatening him and filming him without consent. Oh, and the "manager" did absolutely nothing other than make excuses about not being able to find better help. I'm sorry but this is inexcusable...The food is typically good from this franchise and it's a freaking shame because this location is doing the brand a major disservice.
