I online ordered a 10” buttercream cake for Mother’s Day. I was very specific with my instructions and I got exactly what I asked for! The staff was very nice and pick up was quick and easy. It was enough cake to feed 10 people with cake leftover! This was my first gourmet cake order and I was impressed. Me and my family will not hesitate to order from Lizzy’s again!

I ordered cupcakesTwo weeks in advanceI asked for each one to be differentI askedFor Minnie Mouse colorsI brought the colorsTo show them what I wantedThe red was horrible pale not what I asked.....They came all exactly the same and very tiny.....I also asked for the glitter sugar that was very sparing.....They were so underwhelming...So disappointing...Not sure if she has someone else doing her work,But could have gotten these from Walmart didn't expect this from a specialty shop.....

Very disappointed in my experience with Lizzie's Cupcakery. I ordered 24 cupcakes on their website several days ahead of when I was picking up the order. I received confirmation that my order would be ready at 11am Saturday morning. When I arrived to pick them up my order was not where I was instructed to retrieve them from. I spoke to the owner and she had no idea where my cupcakes were. They looked around and did not find them so she said she would pull them from the case, I was on a strict time schedule to get to my daughter's birthday party venue and set up before guests arrived so I didn't have time to argue.The listing online states "Our daily top 6 are Cookies N Cream, Vanilla, Carrot, Chocolate, Chocolate PB and Funfetti Cake Batter and typicaly 3 or 4 surprise flavors."Out of those flavors I was expecting to get I only got 2 cookies n cream cupcakes. The rest were lemon, key lime, pistachio, red velvet, wedding cake and mint chocolate. Not kid friendly flavors at all! I spent $48 on 24 cupcakes and did not get what I was promised and my order was not even ready! I asked the few kids who did manage to get their hands on a flavor they would enjoy how they were and they said "kind of pasty" so I will not be doing business here again.

So! I'd love to give this place 5 stars. There were many bonuses. The service was nice and the cupcakes were good. I am always happy to give a local cupcake shop a try. My tastebuds weren't disappointed, but my wallet was.I would order there again; However, this shop would benefit by making their prices more competitive. A lot goes into making your own cupcakes and running your own shop, so I understand price does go up. In the same breath, I can get 6 delicious, raspberry filled chocolate cupcakes for 7 dollars at Hannford and for that price, I would only get 3 here. My old local cake shop charged 1.50 for their cupcakes, and they were outstanding. They offered deals and bulk order discounts. This place seemed to have only money in mind, which is sad because it seems to be the enemy and the ultimate reason for shops like this to go out of business. It would behoove you and your shop to consider rethinking your price points and deals, cause there were 0.From a business view, it should stand to reason the more you buy, the better deal you get. 6 cupcakes shouldn't cost $12.00. Instead, bite the bullet and lose some money buy making a small deal and saying 6 cupcakes for $8-$10 or 12 cupcakes for $18-$20. Or, 6 truffles for a solid price. Those too, are always expensive no matter where you go, but the revenue you make back is better if you're willing to strike such deals.This is common practice in any baked goods shop and I was surprised to see you guys didn't do that.The truffles weren't homemade, but delicious nonetheless. The gingerbread cupcakes were awesome and cute. I was super tempted to buy the hot cocoa ones, they looked so awesome! I will order from here in the futubut bigger purchases probably won't be on the radar from my family until there is a better sort of deal for such purchases. I am always happy to support local shops!
I highly recommend! Not only were the cupcakes for this very special, Star Wars birthday party adorably perfect, they were also oh so delicious! Liz, who is very kind, even individually boxed each one to insure our socially distanced party was a big success. Her shop is as sweet as her confections, so run on over take something home and place an order today! Go!

They were great on the phone while taking my order. We needed a special order due to my daughter having a milk allergy, they went through their options and were very patient with me and all my requests. The cake turned out better then I ever expected! It was beautiful and my daughter had a great time making a mess with it ☺ Thank u so much for helping us make my daughter's 1st Birthday so special!
