Don’t order delivery from this place. Tried to feed my team at a nearby hotel. Only 18 of our 21 meals were delivered. One of the 18 meals was incorrect. The staff refused to address the issue. Janky.

Moe's has always had great food but their app and pickup process is terrible during high demand days. Today was national burrito day and the app/company didn't notify me that my order will be delayed because close to 100 customers will be waiting in line. A+ for food but an F for communication and service. I walked out after about 30 minutes of waiting.

Place is terrible went on bogo burrito day and got to register and the lady told me it was 22 dollars for 2(should of been 11), I told her it was buy one get one and she stared at me like a fish out of water and didn’t do anything about it. Terrible service.

Idk who was on at 11:30 am this morning but it was girl with black hair and giant fake eyelashes had mad attitude and was giving my sister and I whom which I may say I’m PREGNANT so ofc imma eat and she was looking at us with dirty looks would turn around after and whisper. Not good customer service, I’m not usually like this because I’m in customer service myself but you don’t know what someone is going through and to me it was weird and disrespectful. The food otherwise was Amazing and the lady who made our food had excellent service who also appeared to be pregnant. I just don’t know about the other female . But in my opinion either act like you’re in customer service or just don’t work here ??♀️

My son asked for extra meat and extra queso in his burrito which they put the tags on it so the cashier would know what to charge us but they did not put extra of anything. I ordered a bowl which was pretty empty since I don't really use a lot of the sides I asked for extra rice which I didn't mind paying for if that was the case. Yet, they did not put extra rice and my bowl was pretty empty since I only really get rice chicken and a little bit of fresh jalapenos that's all I like. I keep saying I won't Go back and I am hoping I stick to it this time. I only went because my son is home from the service on leave and this is what he wanted.

This was my first time eating Moe's & I usually have pictures of my food. I got the rice bowl & the chicken it was very good of course I had other toppings like onion peppers tomatoes & they were all good. The guacamole was my favorite because it is sooo hard to find good gauc..
