This is a review for the new location on Commercial Drive. We stopped for dinner on a Monday evening. We ordered an appetizer platter, the beef stew, dry noodles with seafood and stir fried noodles with chicken. We enjoyed them all but especially the beef stew. The service was prompt and professional. We will be back again.

Food was very delicious. Recommended to me by a Vietnamese friend. They may have used MSG, I can feel it after my meal. My son enjoyed his Vietnamese pork and chicken sandwich.

Got chicken pho and I thought it tasted a little funny. After halfway through I couldn't keep eating it and today the day after I'm sure I have food poisoning. Never eating here again.

Tried them for the first time and absolutely loved it! My other got the Spicy Lemongrass Noodle soup, and it was so good, he did say it could have used a bit more spice but it was really good. The noodles were so good. I got the beef pho with brisket and it was sooo good. The beef fell apart, the broth was so yummy and the smell from the restaurant walking in was so amazing. Their boba is so good too! Best that I've had so far in the area! Will definitely be back!
The young people up front are lovely and empathetic. The food is delicious. However the problem is wait time, I waited 45 minutes for an online order and the staff kept telling me 5 minutes because that's what they were told. An honest answer from the kitchen would be helpful I would have delayed my arrival.

Once you’ve had good pho you know that most places are sub par. THIS PLACE IS GOOD PHO. Got the beef pho with medium rare steak and chili oil and were left desperately awaiting the next time we could get back in town for more. A very clean space, excellent service, excellent prices. The grilled chicken banh mi was solid too and the “summer rolls” were fresh.
