It’s lovely that there’s a cafe in this building because it’s really convenient for people who are visiting and also the folks who work here, I imagine. The service is a bit slow, especially during breakfast. I think they just have a lot of orders that are called in because many people just come to pick up. The staff are always really lovely and polite. I love that they have a seating area that isn’t usually crowded.

Placed a 50$ order on grub hub, received a call from the store saying their driver said my address is 30 minutes away. I live 2 miles away and it's a 9 minute drive. I told her the driver is lying and she can use google maps to see that. Sad her driver cost them a large delivery. Google maps shows the time it will take at that exact moment so no it wouldn't have taken 30 minutes. And yes I said forget it because you already called me to tell me you won't deliver it's too far. I didn't trust you guys to prepare my food at that point or deliver it at that point. Your driver already made it clear he didn't want to drive to my location. And you made it clear by even calling me for a 8-10 minute drive. Here is another picture to show your driver is a liar. You should take responsibility for your driver instead.

HEALTH HAZARD. I was given moldy ranch sauce, in which the lady in front responded with its just on the sides. Whether you see the mold or no, it’s in the sauce already. She compensated me with 5 dollars? She didn’t go back to check the other sauces either, disgusting. The stores needs to be check for its health grade, because when was the last time they changed out sauces???

Moldy Ranch Sauce, I was given. I had two dips and realized after. It tasted extremely tangy and off. The lady in the front tried explaining to me it's just on the lid and side, but once anything is around mold, it gets contaminated whether you see it or not. She compensated me with 5 dollars???? This is disgusting and a health hazard in a medical building. I ordered the Barry panini and it was extremely mediocre. Health hazard.

Ok, it's basically like a food truck or food court restaurant. You order and then they call you when it is ready. You then pick it up and either take it with you, or sit in the area with numerous tables and eat there.The food is tasty, the prices are reasonable so it is a good place to grab your breakfast or lunch. I don't know if they are open late enough for dinner if you are working late.There is no table service. You clean up your own table when you finish.

I get breakfast from here nearly everyday at this point and the food, waiting time & the hospitality has always been excellent without ever taking a step down in quality. They can do breakfast and lunch both extremely well—from bagels to steak. Definitely a necessary component of the building.

I went for a procedure today and I came here for some food and water as I started to not feel well.I told the lady behind the counter I thought I was going to pass out and she and the young guy working with her helped me out, got me a chair helped me even peel the banana. I didn’t get there names but I cannot thank them enough for their kindness helping meSo thank you I’m so grateful you helped me I didn’t have anyone with me so I’m happy you was so kind to me
