This is one of the two actual McMansions in the nation. We included a stop to both on our road trip last fall. The other one (The Gore House) in Freeport, ME, was closed along with the rest of the entire town when we arrived as a result of the Lewiston incident. It was so cool to see how well the franchise was integrated into the original structure without altering very much of it.My wife and I had a takeout order of sweet tea and fries - those are the only consistently good items on the menu.

I have always wanted to go in and check out this McDonald's for the decor experience, and I finally got the chance. I could see coming back on a nice summer day. It doesn't feel like being in a restaurant, but more like a cozy country cottage. I enjoyed it.Parking: See it grab it.

Going here ever since it opened. They keep improving the location. Certainly a gem for the area as one of kind things like this are harder and harder to come by. Hope they open up the upstairs more but eating in the circular glass room is an experience you cant get anywhere else, none the less in a franchise.
