Embarrassing. The only word to sum this place up. They charge $15 for a BLT that has 2 tiny pieces of bacon that wouldn't satisfy a 2 year old. Their pictures on Uber Eats are very misleading and their sandwiches DO NOT look as advertised. The craziest part is that they are charging $15 for a $2.50 sandwich. Pure insanity. Save yourself the time, headache, and hunger. Go elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible service! Ordered $30 worth of French toast, Bacon and shake for Delivery. The send to my business with no Syrup, Butter, fork, knife, napkins, or straw. When I called to tell them they did not send and please help, they speak broken English and said “it’s in the bag” which it was not obviously and they hang up on me. Then after 4 calls in row back. They all the sudden don’t answer. NO PRIDE IN YOUR BUSINESS OR CUSTOMERS. You should be ashamed!! I may also add I’m a local business only 4 block away.They want to charge top dollar for piss poor food and service.

This place should be ashamed to call themselves a bagel store. Please show me where the scallions are on this “scallion” cream cheese bagel. Do you see the amount of cream cheese on that bagel!! What a joke. And the absolute audacity to charge me extra for SCALLION cream cheese. That container of “vegetable” cream cheese was $8. I believe there were three pieces of pepper in it. No vegetables at all!!

I ordered a plain bagel w/cc and Turkey sub for lunch through Uber eats.They happened to mess up both orders.They won’t give refund.I’m out of breakfast and lunch.
Oof. Some businesses insert "bagel" into their name when they should use other terms like "fried bacon sandwich joint" or "potato chip haven". New York Bagel Stop hasn't quite figured out yet what they want to be when they grow up, but I don't think it's a bagel shop. There are a few desperate selections (see pics) of both bagels and cream cheese as well as some egg sandwiches choices. But navigating the ordering process is like stumbling into a vintage Keystone Cops episode: three people behind the counter bumbling into one another, phones going off, general confusion and an insistence on the customer repeating every order 2-3 times. By the time we were finished ordering we just wanted to flee... which is just as well because there is no seating. But there are protein bars! Half of an entire shelf is devoted to them. The other half of shelving is empty. Just strange.

The bagels are good, but the quantity of additional items isn't. I paid extra for tomato and avocado. The tomato was the butt of it with green in the middle, and the avocado was as thin as a razor blade.
