They make great sandwiches . I've tried the godfather , the hillside slider, and piccolo's favorite . They were all fantastic and very filling .

I don't know why I've never noticed "Piccolo Gourmet" before; I mean I'm in area a lot. It wasn't till someone told me to go, that I noticed it. But, I was hungry and a hero from Piccolo was on the menu. There was plenty of parking outside, and looking from the parking lot, at the building, I had a feeling, this place was going to be worth the trip. Inside, didn't disappoint, it was as beautiful on the inside as it was on the outside. Organized, clean, and big, that's everything this deli slash pizzeria represents. Even better than the building was the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The lady at the cash register more so. They didn't have something I wanted, so she was ready to check in the basement for me. I kindly told her "No thanks" but she still wanted to look for me anyway. After telling her, it's fine, she finally relented. My hero and egg salad were done, so I left. Mental note; I have to go back. I ate my hero without taking a picture. Was it because I was so hungry, or am I slipping with Yelp? I like to think I was hungry. The hero was fresh and delicious. I did have the sense to snap a shot of the egg salad, also delicious. So all said and done, this is a place I would recommend if you were in the area. Just take time and snap a photo before you eat...maybe take one for me.

Absolutely horrible owner, he treats his employees like trash and don’t work there if you’re a woman he’s so degrading and disgusting. Have not & will not EVER go back. Deserves zero stars.

Used to come here all the time...not any more. A basic sandwich on a hero is like 15$. I rather go to Dominics delii can get the same with a side of chicken fingers for the same price

Horrible service, the owner is a horrible human being who doesn’t know how to treat customers. The sandwich I ordered tasted spoiled, when notified I was treated poorly. If there was a zero I would give a zero review.
This deli is absolutely wonderful! The food is always fresh, there is a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, snacks, baked goods, and pizza options! The entire staff is super friendly and it's moderately priced which makes it even better. They've never gotten my order wrong when I order over the phone and are always prompt with the order. Would highly recommend this deli!

Located in a shopping center with many vacant stores, Piccolo Gourmet still stands strong after 20 years of service to the community. The reason is outstanding quality food, great prices, and exceptional customer service. If you are anywhere near the NHP area, stop in for a panini, pizza, or a sandwich; all delicious.
