Phenomenal food, accompanied with phenomenal service. Truly an excellent meal, with each dish given such thought and detail by the chef. The whipped ricotta with the fresh bread is a must try, as are the broccoli raab stuffed meatballs! Scallops and steak were both cooked to perfection. I could go on and on, but just go try for yourself. I can’t wait to go back.

We went for dinner on a Monday, it was pretty quiet but it was early. Everything was excellent. We got the scallop appetizer, French onion soup, ribeye, and chicken parm. The steak was cooked perfectly, I think the mashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had. But most importantly, get the Coquilles St Jacques. My gosh it was so so good. Make sure you get some bread to soak up that sauce. We’ve been meaning to come for ages, and finally made it. We’ll be back. Service was great, both the waiter (JJ) and chef Jordan were friendly and welcoming.

Some of the best steaks in the Hudson valley and possibly the world! One of the finest place to dine in the Hudson valley!Vegetarian options: Salads and veggies, Mac and cheese, scalloped potato’sDietary restrictions: Be clear and be sure. The things that are on the menu are as listed. So it is best if you can find what you want and need from the menu as it is than to attempt to change the menu for your meal. You will likely find something delightfully appetizing.Parking: It is best if you make a reservation to ensure parking.Kid-friendliness: It is a real good place that respects everyone, and of course kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice wooden ramps.

Everything was great start to finish. We ordered salads, stuffed clams & 2 steaks. Prime cuts & you can tell—very delicious. Cooked perfectly & the seasoning is the best I’ve had in a while. We were so full (with leftovers) but couldn’t resist the sticky toffee bread pudding with caramel gelato. Amazing!Several little touches were very nice—wood burning fireplace made it very cozy, house-roasted nuts on the table, grapefruit gelato palate cleanser half-way thru the meal. You can tell the chef put a lot of thought & effort into his product! Made even better by the staff’s attentiveness & chef checking in with tables himself.Support THIS type of establishment— locally owned & passionate owners!

Second time to this fine establishment. Food is amazing. We had meatballs (a must!), crabcakes (delish!) breadbasket (x2), lamb, chicken, cowboy steak and eggnog cheesecake. Love the french press and rock candy for coffee service. Live music 3 time a week. The Chef/Owner made a point to come out into the dining room and spend time with patrons. Love this special treatment. JJ - thank you for your fine service and special attention - did not go unnoticed and we appreciate the special care you extended to our family!

End Cut is exceptional. We basically ordered everything on the menu and it was all delicious. We loved the ambiance. The service and pace of the meal couldn’t have been better. The filet melts in your mouth, the ribeye was exquisite, the old fashioned cocktails receive a 10 out of 10, and the desserts were all fantastic. I also felt the prices are quite reasonable. End cut is more than a meal, it’s an experience.

This is a cozy restaurant, excellent for romantic dinners. We had the Mushroom Cakes which were delicious. Highly recommended! My wife then had a Fall crunch Salad which she did not fully enjoy since there seemed to be some sand left in the kale which also was not massaged sufficiently. I had the chicken Saltimbocca which wasn't what I expected. The chicken was tender and tasty but I did not taste any sage which is typically part of this dish and the ham/prosciutto did not come through because of all the cheese. Overall it was tasty and I liked it but it was not a Saltimbocca. We will come again.

Comically Subpar, only the piano player was worth our time. Clearly a money grab by the chef/owner.Here is the play by play of our experience:Call for reservation 2 hours earlier, Chef says no tables until 7:45. We arrive to a parking lot with huge potholes, clearly unattended to. Parking is horrific.Nice vibe walking in, but Chef tells us he took our reservation knowing there were no tables (seriously my guy? Pretty bold to admit that)I tell my date that I bet we have to wait for a whole table turn to sit, 45 minutes later I'm proven correct. No offer of a complimentary... Anything to make up for this.Sit at bar while waiting to hear chef chastising his staff in the kitchen, mood of staff is scattered and frustrated. Clearly chef is a hot head and difficult to work for.Piano player is WONDERFUL, only thing that kept me from walking out.We sit and discover we must pay for bread ?, we do and it's good.Coconut shrimp appetizer is flavorless and coconut is over fried (very dark). Lobster chowder is decent.I order another martini for the lady before our bottle of wine. (Was out of 4 different bottles on the menu I requested, not surprised). Waiter never brings the Martini.I continue being polite to staff, but am angry at this price point and service level. We order entree, porterhouse steak for 2, surprise surprise.... They haven't had that menu item for 1 year!! Excuse from waiter? It's expensive to reprint menus. What a cheap owner, my lord.We get our entrees, (they took 2 menu steaks and put it on the porterhouse board to try and 'give us the experience' of the port house we wanted.Steak is indeed, very good.Overall, never seen a more scattered staff and cheaper owner/chef. Will never return.Have worked at some of the finest restaurants in NYC, this place is a joke.Parking: Horrific parking lot, no lines people parked all over limiting order. People parking blocking each other. Upgrade your parking lot with all the money your making with your ridiculous prices.
