I don't usually review a place after just one visit but I was so blown away by my meal that I had to give Pho Tibet 5 stars right away. I had short rib banh mi and it was superb. I split a shrimp salad - I don't know how they cooked the shrimp but they were so flavorful and had a roasted taste to them. The Phô Tibet special is the way to go for Phô in New Paltz.The momo is the way to go for dumpling. Yummy and soupy!I love this place, even though I miss the old Cafeteria. And, to a lesser extent, Endless Horizons.

Great selection of delicious Vietnamese food and affordable prices. Eat in or take away. During summer months the courtyard in front is brightly adorned with a marigold garden. Service is good and the restaurant itself has a classic old school feeling. Family place.
