Today 4/13/24 i attempted to dine at Applebee's and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I entered, it was evident that the level of service was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, leaving me and my family waiting for extended periods before taking my order. The male manager seems to not care about his staff's inability to show more energy.Moreover, we waited an hour for our food and when it came 2 meals were missing. And when they came back with the missing meals 15 minutes later my plate was still missing and no manager even came over to apologize or explain. The staff did not show a sense of urgency to correct the mistake. I sat there while my family finished their meals. Despite raising concerns to the server and manager that finally came over after is asked for her there was little sense of urgency to rectify the situation.By the time they brought my food my whole family had finished eating, i then told them to take the food back and left the restaurant leaving my family at the table. This is how an$gry i felt, i went to a deli and had to buy a sandwich. Never again will i eat at an applebee's again.Overall, I left Applebee's feeling disappointed. The combination of poor service and lack of care to rectify mistakes made for a regrettable dining experience. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the standards to regain customer satisfaction.

I recently came from the UK on a vacation to NYC, I was suggested by a couple of the locals to try out applebees, that’s when I first ran into one of the cashiers by the name of Adrien, he served me wonderfully and made sure I felt at home, the food was great and experience overall was comforting, I’ll make sure to visit again.

It was my first time at Applebee's. My waiter Adrien walked up to the table cool and collected, ready to take my order soon after I sat down. We had a little chat about our experience in the area, he's a nice guy. After, he asked me if I wanted anything to drink; I said a simple water would do. Giving me some time to browse the menu, he came back and took my order. "What'll you be having tonight, sir?" he asked. I decided to test him a little bit. "What's the special for today?" I prompted. "It's the White Cheddar Chicken Skillet," he said. "The chicken is delicious and the seasoning is the perfect amount; It's an excellent recipe," he explains. He didn't even break a sweat. His sultry voice had me vividly imaging the dish, so I decided to order it. "Will that be all for you tonight sir?" he asks. It is all I had the appetite for, so I ordered no more. Adrien sashayed away into the night, dashing around from table to table while the chefs cooked my meal. I could tell he was an earnest and hard worker. When the skillet was ready, Adrien graciously set the dish in front of me, pardoning his reach. He wished for me to enjoy the meal and I thanked him in return. Really, I could have wished for no better service.

Applebee's in New Roc is a delightful dining experience that exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The Manager, Johnathan, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic meal and all of our needs were met. His positive attitude and attentiveness to each customer really made our experience unforgettable.As for the food, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The appetizers were a great start to the meal, with the spinach and artichoke dip being a standout. The entrees were cooked to perfection, with the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp being a personal favorite. The dessert was the perfect ending to our meal, with the triple chocolate meltdown being a decadent treat that left us wanting more.Overall, the combination of exceptional service from Johnathan and the delectable food at Applebee's in New Roc has made it one of my favorite dining spots. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding customer service. Well done, Applebee's!
Destiny was my server she made sure my fren fries were delicious and crispy golden crunchy scrumptious and delicious made to perfection she is the bomb diggety she had the gyat too ?
Dined in yesterday, Brenda was my waitress. She was attentive, kind and gentle with us. Food was great and on time. We had a sangria, L.I.T and piña colada with Malibu. Great bartender and ambience.
