I went to pick up some ham bread that I had previously ordered and I took the opportunity to eat a delicious cachapa, the food was excellent, the service was also excellent, the person who served me is very patient and was very kind to me!

One of my favorite foods is definitely Venezuelan food and this place has a unique flavor in all its dishes. I am always satisfied with the food and the customer service, which is what makes this place unique.

It was an empanada take-out. The empanadas were very good & freshly fried but the presentation could have been much better.Firstly they should have been drained on a paper towel once out of the fryer to absorb the excess oil. Then they cld have been placed individually on a wax sheet and foil paper NOT in a brown bag. I had a very oily mess by the time I got home.

This place is hands-down, so good. Are usually get the Arepa with chicken and avocado and it is so delicious and so simple. I also usually get rice and beans and plantains and some empanadas. Everything is so delicious. You can tell that it's very authentic and it's very quick and easy to get. The service is very friendly and fast. I usually do take out from this place but they do have some seating, but it's very minimal.

So I came here with my two kids and one of their friends who was with us because we were leaving our Airbnb and wanted to try something new so we came here. The ambiance is nice, very cultured, the service wasn't mean at all but certainly not the most customer service oriented. So my daughters friend just had 2 empanadas, my daughter had one empanada and a plate of meat with beans rice n an eggs that literally looked like something I could have made at home (priced at $16) and my son had the pabellon arepa and I had a pernil Cachapas. The kids all had a passion fruit juice and I had a sugar cane juice with lemon. My kids liked their food and I loved my cachapa it was delicious, but my juice just tasted like a lemon iced tea and then I got 5 small chocolate things for dessert at the counter when we checked out, tell me why my bill was $109! In my personal opinion everything is waaaay to overpriced for what you get. I don't think we will be coming here again.

Stopped by in my lunch break and all i have to say is the best Venezuelan food and service in the area. Maria explained the menu really well and provided an excellent customer service. I wish all restaurants were staff staffed with people like Maria and their food taste as good

Arepa Mania is amazing! Truly one of the most authentic Venezuelan places I’ve been to, the food instantly takes me back to Caracas. The staff is also so friendly and the portions are big as well. Definitely a must try if you’re in the NYC area!
