The sandwiches are to die for. Got the Hercules based off a recommendation and it was the best thing I've ever eaten. This was the most friendly and welcoming places I've ever been. The staff is super friendly the owner was super accommodating getting a us a place to sit down and eat. If you're in the area and you're not getting your food here daily you're insane. Run don't walk to this place.

Cannot say enough, thank you Mike. It was a sad occasion , a repast for a loved one. The sandwiches (Italian/ American/ eggplant) were delicious. Lots of meat, fresh cheese, fresh bread. Got lots of compliments.. But most of all thank you for the compassion and the genuine concern you’ve shown to me in getting everything ready. God Bless you.
Yes, it is used to be good. I went there today and got the sandwich. Simple bacon, egg and cheese, the bacon was almost unedible. The only thing good about this sandwich was the bread.

I really wanted to like the place. The owner and guys working there are super nice but...but how on Earth is it possible to cook food that tastes like nothing?! I gave it a try several times, but sandwiches are simply bland. Please add some salt, pepper, other seasoning, sause maybe to bring some life to these sad sandwiches.

Great food, great people, great service, great prices. If you go to Iona or just live in New Rochelle, one trip to this place and it might be your new go to lunch spot. Great variety of sandwich options (almost 40 on the menu). Meat portion is awesome as I was given probably about 12 oz of pastrami. I forget the exact price, but it was something like $13. Amazing value considering that some places in Manhattan will charge $20-25 for a similar sandwich. Employees are very friendly and make you feel at home. Can't wait to try some of their other options.
