Everytime I go in here. The really short Spanish lady in the front is extremely rude and disrespectful.

Be prepared to wait a while for your order as this Burger King is very understaffed, especially for the amount of people waiting in line to get their order taken. I do have to give the 2 Spanish ladies credit, they are trying their best to do in store orders, order pickup and DoorDash/Uber Eats orders by themselves which I feel bad about. As a result of understaffing and school kids coming here after school and having no respect for others, the restaurant is very dirty with napkins on the floor, tables are not cleaned, and chairs are all over the place.Plus it seems that they have small young children (one boy and one girl) that look as young as 10 years old working at the cash register and preparing food which in NY that’s illegal under labor laws. I am unsure if the city of New Rochelle, Burger King Corporate, or NYS DOL knows about the working conditions in this establishment.

They need to provide a faster service 15 to wait for your fast food is too long
This place gets me tight every time which is why I avoid it at all costs. I like my sauces, as do most. I'm also absolutely fine paying for sauces- even though I think as a corporation they can afford to give sauces away without charge, but I digress. There is no option to add additional sauces- but when I ask for them or one more extra, the workers absolutely won't budge and are quite frankly rude about it. I also paid extra money to customize my burger and none of the customizations were even done to it. I'd like to point out that Burger Kings competitor- McDonalds does not charge for sauces.

They are a bit slow here. I've gone a couple of times and the same 3 women are working in there. They seem to be nice, if they actually speak to you. They are a little bit slow to get the food out.

Worst service , won’t have the next timeI was craving for onion ring so i order and come pickupI order 3 things , when i got it just wanna have it home then i check the thing when i driving backThere is no onion ring but french friesDriving back cause i thought they put in wrong thingThey just we don’t have onion rings so we gave you french friesWhy don’t you inform customers before you give the order to them?If i knew before then i won’t drive back hereOr at least write on recieptAnd say sorry without any feelingI was having same problem at PopeyesThey informed me before hand giving me choices, they should learn to do thatAnd if no more then take it out from your appLearn from Mcdonal!The whopper i got is flat and very coldLike they didn’t prepare it properlyBurger King should read and fix this branchSo many people complain about their food here
