The cashier didn't know what she was doing she use my points and still charge me for my coffee and wouldn't sell me a cup of munchkins she said Duncan don't sell them in a cup anymore which is news to me cuz I bought them every other day the staff turnover is horrible and apparently management isn't training properlyKid-friendliness: If you spendiny money I'm sure they'll be friendly ???Parking: There two other businesses sharing the parking lot so just be patient

Got a leaky cup with my medium coffee. Paying for coffee and getting it in a leaky cup is one of life’s great frustrations
I feel bad for the past reviews because I'm part some were saying things that had some truth to it, I'm saying this my experience has been the opposite, the staff here are more than welcoming and accommodating, maybe the new hires are different, they are very courteous and quick. The food is always in stock and the donuts never taste stale!! Please reconsider because I feel they switched staff
