This restaurant sold inedible tres leches. The milk was rotten, it was a nightmare with the first bite. The cake had a gelatin like substance that left me and my sibling feeling sick. We brought it back, they took it from us and still have yet to refund us our money. This restaurant needs a NY State Inspection immediately. Horrible place, needs new management, portions are ridiculous small, i also went to buy a lemonade, lady says that she cannot split a 10, ok so let me pay with my card, she says NO, minimum 10 dollars. Also told me to go down the block and change it myself. Smh

Best home style Spanish food. Everything from roast pork(make sure they give you a piece of the crispy skin) to trotters(pigs feet). They also have things like fried cheese, eggs potato’s etc. for breakfast.One of the best deals is their platters which serves 4-5 ppl and is less than $20.

This place is terrible. Terribly slow, the staff is retarded and the food is bad. I haven't tried the smoothies so I can't speak on them but I have had the worst experience every time I have eaten here or tried to eat here. Ok first of all let me start by saying that I speak fluent Spanish and I have respect for all races, religions, and cultures. I have nothing against hispanic people and in fact have taken decades to learned spanish and dated multiple spanish girls. Dating one of those girls is what caused me to order from this restaurant. That being said, the owner needs to fire the entire staff that works at this place, especially the two girls at the counter, because they are slow and stupid AF. I don't know about the chef working downstairs (the rice was extra salty) but the two young mexican looking girls behind the the counter are the worst. For example, last time I went in there, one of the girls had to look at the menu to refresh her memory. That isnt bad, that happens with new staff anywhere. I figured she might be new so I told myself to be patient but then they ran out of white rice and started preparing delivery orders instead of my order. The girl had me waiting there for 10 minutes until I asked about my order, which included white rice, and with the biggest special ed stare you can imagine told me (quote) "Oh you're going to have to give me 30 minutes for the white rice cause we ran out." Ok so let me dissect whats wrong with this. The girl in question took a century to finish the order in front of me. She then took my order and proceeded to NOT tell me that I had to wait 30 minutes for them to basically COOK THE RICE!!!!!! I've made rice before, in a pot and in a rice cooker. White rice doesnt take 30 minutes to make. I admonished the uneducated reject for not telling me beforehand that I needed to wait an extra 30 minutes, canceled my order and left. This is exemplary of other times that I've tried to order from this place, the staff is incompetent, uneducated, and disinterested in providing their customers with a decent service. I've also lived in Mexico before and its not racist to say that the standard of living and the expectations on customer service there are very low. Ordering at this place reminds me of ordering in some dingy Mexican tapas bar. Noone cares about anything be it cleanliness or efficiency and they probably spit in your food just cause they're retarded like that. Sorry no hate, just being honest. I live nearby and shake up with a Dominican chick that loves this place and I have a bad experience every time I order from them because the owner is either poorly educated him/herself or enjoys hiring poorly educated workers... and by poorly educated I mean significantly below average intelligence. Halfway through my meal I found a fried roach in my food and they tell me “we don’t have roaches here” every disgusting outside restaurant has bugs that come in. I want a full refund and they refuse. Never order from this atrocity ever.
