I am trying real hard to like this restaurant, but after 3 attempts, I can only give La Rosa 2 stars.The portions are extremely small for the price. I recently ordered, what I thought was a substantial amount of food for 5 adults and the employee who took my order confirmed the quantity of main side dishes would more than enough to feed a group of 5. She couldn’t have been more incorrect! When I opened the containers, I said “You have got to be kidding me.” The pizza restaurant we frequent in town, put La Rosa to shame.To add insult not only was the penna vodka dry and tasteless, but they used rigatoni pasta for penna vodka! The pickup was an early Sunday evening, hence before the dinner rush, and our eggplant was still dried out as if it had been sitting out for quite sometime. And add insult, when placing my order for bread, which in all of my years dining in a restaurant is a common request. Not here , I was charged for over baked pizza dough, which was supposed to resemble your normal Italian bread, this could be further from the truth.In all fairness, I will say their thin crust pizza is good, but not in the same league, as pizza found on Arthur Ave.Bon Appetite!

The food at Pizzeria La Rosa is simply the best. From the mozzarella to the rigatoni alla vodka to the pizza to the ITALIAN DOUGHNUTS (best in my opinion) - you will not be disappointed. They’re always trying new things and some truly wonderful specials. Matt and the entire team always make you feel at home. If you haven’t checked this place out, you’re truly missing out on the best.

It's a little New Rochelle gem! It's in the cut so if you don't know of it you wont see it because i sure walked right passed it lol, but the pizza was absolutely the BEST oven brick I ever had. Its so thin you can for eat the whole pie in one setting. The staff was very friendly! The drinks were good, it was my first time & I'm most definitely returning!!! The pistachio ice cream is insane!
Very very very good pizza! Great tickness and yummy crust. Highly recommend, i will come back over and over. The panelle, that my sicilian father used to make a lot, here were a little disappointing but maybe i have been spoiled too much lol. Look forward to taste the zeppole next time. Overall a great

Can’t wait to go back in Spring and or Summer and enjoy the terrace.Great menu, the bolognese sauce was to die for as was the pizza, not to mention the chicken too.Friendly, amazing service and all with a smile. I am giving this a 1 star because I just ordered here for the first time and not a great first impression. When I placed the order I told them please not burnt nor well done. This is what I received in the picture. I called back and told them and they are giving me a refund. I hate giving bad reviews but this deserves it. I wouldn't feed this to a homeless person. This needs to be fixed.
