i am shocked that i am giving subways in new rochelle 4 stars , am i shocked cause its subway or in new rochelle. i dont know but the a/c is on full blast , i got my apple pie (2) and i got my 6inch grilled chicken breast with the works with a diet coke and a corner table facing the wall. overall its one of the better subways i have visited and i have visited a few over the years. guys behind the counter are not afraid to add toppings and they didnt give a small piece of chicken which is usually the case .still love the apple pies the best and munching on 2 was a bit much but having brains has never been high on my list . lets do it and give 4 stars on my yelp meter .

Really disappointed with this subway. The "locally owned" subways don't honor subway coupons.... That is just a way to not get less money for the food. Did anyone make them realize that once you get the customer, you have created a partnership. I'm not okay with this. You try to support the business, however, things like this make me not want to. I won't be going there ever again.
This subway has substantially fallen in quality & customer service since new owners took over in ~2021/22ish. I used to be a heavy frequent there as a freshman and sophomore at Iona. Food was great and the 3 main people that worked there were awesome. Now it’s dreary, the most mid sandwich you’ll ever have, and terrible interactions with the staff. This subway desperately needs new management.

It's a subway... There are 40,000 locations or some incomprehensibly huge number of stores, more than McDonald's for sure. They're all pretty much the same so far as I can tell with service being the only differentiator and driven entirely by the franchisee. Also, you can't get vinegar and Canada for some d*** reason...The verdict?... It's Subway and where they call them artists I'm not sure there's anything artisanal about the food. Consistent though

I'm telling you, my last couple of sandwiches from Subway has been Excellent. That Italian BMT on Artisanal bread is just freaking delicious, period. I can easily eat that twice a week. Go and enjoy.Vegetarian options: BTW, there's a vegetable sandwich available.
