There is a worker, tall, heavy set Indian who is very unsanitary. He does not use gloves, exchanges money and food with same hands and puts his fingers in his mouth and through his hair. I will never eat from here again and its unfortunate because the food is decent. Get rid of him, have employees wear gloves and nets for hair and maybe my friends, family and I will reconsider.

Had a similar experience with a comment about that one employee that on here 2 weeks ago. Went inside at night when no one there. That Employee did not give any good intention at all. When I was telling him my order he was just plain rude and his phone playing to make it harder to hear. I got charged for an item that I never even got. Great food but needs a change in employment wish I had a refund cause of that attitude when no customers was in the lobby at all.

I’ve never received a cheeseburger that beautiful after 1am before. I was fully expecting a smashed up sad fast food burger. It looked like what I’d always imagined a krabby patty to look like. Fluffy bun. Crispy lettuce. Thick tomato slice and a juicy patty. 10/10 recommend.

I told the cashier I wanted a Hell Burger combo and 15 fiery wings with mashed potatoes as the sides for the wings. I got home and see I got a Spicy Chicken sandwich Hell style and the wings. WTH...? No wonder I had to pay more. From now onwards, I am checking the receipt thoroughly and checking my food before they even pack it. I tried called the restaurant not once but three times and no one picks up the phone. Instead they just hang up. This is not the first time my food has gotten messed up. Previously they charged me for a combo meal and never gave me the fries. When I told them about it, all I got was a smirk from three different people. The employees do not even know how to use the app. So forget about getting points. The food is good but this was irresponsible. They always have people coming inside asking to buy them food. Completely disappointed. Now I am just going to be coming here very rarely even if I do decide to come back at all. I guess Burger King would be a better eventhough a little more farther.
