Great experience! Came here for the first time since being in the area for over 7 years and we were blown away by how amazing the food was. By far the best country fried chicken I've had from any chain. Wifey had the Burger and loved every bite and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The manager even greeted us and invited us back which we will definitely do and try more things on the menu!

Had a wonderful dinner experience here, but it was mainly due to Erick our waiter. He truly showed he cared and was so refreshing to receive exceptional customer service from him. Food was delicious and vibe was really nice and warm inside. Would recommend - ask for Erick the waiter in the New Rochelle location!

I've been to this chain in locations all over the US. This location was pretty great! I can always rely on a great meal at TX Roadhouse! Even walking in on Easter Sunday in NY!

I am absolutely disgusted in the way the roadhouse operates. My family and I came to the roadhouse to eat for my mother’s birthday. My food along with my mother food was flavor less and was kinda cold so we sent it back, Andrea a manger I assume came to the table with a very nasty attitude. Her attitude was saying “I don’t wanna be here”, like it was a problem for her that we had problems with our food. I also know and respect that mistake happen and it’s not that big of a deal, what is a big deal is the customer service and the lack of respect for it, we are never disrespectful to any company or staff at any establishment. I do hope something comes from this because this is not the roadhouse way, nor what Kent Taylor wants

Update: We did in fact go back and service was good but the food was really bland. We literally left our steaks that were barely eaten. We also chose our steak and then we realized when leaving that they definitely did not give us the steaks that we asked for. The rolls were consistent and hot. Boooooo won’t be back a third time.The first time here was great! It was so great in fact that I came back a second time within less than a week…tonight sucked and I guess it depends on your server. Food came out cold, both of my sides were missing, I had to ask for a high chair, did not receive crayons/ coloring paper, bread was not refilled nor were we offered complimentary bread to go and we were never asked if we wanted additional drinks or dessert. We still tipped well but overall tonight was a poor experience and we won’t be back.

I used to love eating at this restaurant but now the experience is horrible. They either forget my appetizer altogether or try to serve it after the entree. Garbage service now. The filet mignon and rolls are tasty but the service is so bad that I would rather hit up the outback.
