I usually come here and have no problem. Seems like when i go for lunch appose to dinner the entire culture of the store changes when the manager isnt there. We had dined in for dinner tonight and everything was cold as if it came out of the refrigerator and was put together so poorly it looked gross… Might just have to continue to go earlier in the day because the closing staff is horrible. Having something else i noticed while ordering, to when i sat down to eat. Being bilingual its easy to over hear certain conversations and its disappointing to have such rude teens working there belittling other staff members who cannot understand what they’re saying. I dont know who it was at the cashier tonight 2/24/23 but i let her know she was being rude and unccalled for. I hope that management is making sure that its an enjoyable and safe workplace for EVERYONE.I hope the staff can become more professional and productive instead of standing around the counter neglecting their customers because drama is more important.

I was pissed at first for spending over $18 on a double meat quesadilla and a bottle of water, but once I saw the weight,size and tasted the great flavor I was happy. Well worth it.

How do you people always manage to screw up. I pdsr the taco trio.. it comes with 3 tacos. They only give you 2. It says 3 .how do you screw that up?

I have ordered the same burrito bowl every single time. First time EXCELLENT (food hot, flavor and presentation) Second time GOOD (food hot and good flavor but presentation a bit sloppy). Now I order the same thing for dinner every 2 weeks. It is a big helping and get 3 meals out of it. Ordered the same last night and VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. Reasons: food not hot, no sauce (I always use reorder option from my app), it was more brown rice and just a sprinkling of the beans, veggie patty, onions, etc. It tasted dry and day old rice. This had nothing to do with the delivery guy at all. The preparation of the food was like you went through an army mess hall. SLOPPY. The more popular they became the worse they got.
Food is always great and fresh! I had a big order today for my salon and they forgot my taco bowl (mango habanero taco bowl is on point!) they delivered it to me which they did not have to do! So thank you staff on 11/8 lunch shift at the New Windsor NY location! You went above and beyond! And thanks for the extra chips I appreciate you guys :)

I was looking for a Moe's or Qdoba, but glad I stumbled in Bubbakoos. This was first time trying while passing by on a business trip and my bowl was loaded and delicious... Y'all need to come on down South ?

I never really try burrito places but decided to give this one a shot. First, it's very easy to create your own bowl, taco, or burrito. The signs with choices for everything are very easy to read, and if you don't know how to order, it makes it foolproof. I started with a burrito with brown rice, grilled chicken, cheese, Pico, and sour cream. I know it sounds pretty boring, but it was delicious and filling. That and a soda came to 14.50. It's a little pricier than I would have liked but still very decent food. The staff were very friendly and it's a nice spacious place to eat. I like the tvs on the wall playing all different types of sports.

First time going into Bubbakoo's Burritos for lunch, who needs the other popular burrito Place when you have this?! I ordered then chicken bowl, they give you enough food to eat lunch and dinner in my opinion. I'll be coming back for sure. Lithe place have people coming in and out, but I didn't have wait to place my order. Plenty of seating if you just want to seat down and eat, I could tell this is a popular place.
