“We came here because of the positive reviews and we were not disappointed. The location and old sign may throw you off, but inside was lively on a recent Tuesday night. Food was excellent (had the bibimbap and tempura) and loved the complimentary pineapple after. highly recommended!“

“I love the Korean food at Toro. My favorite dish is Bulgogi with "the works", which is somewhat similar to a fajita except you wrap the beef in lettuce with red pepper paste and some rice and spice and also receive some sides such as broccoli, oshinko, a Japanese radish, pickled cucumber, and Kim Chee, which is spicy cabbage. My mouth is watering as I'm describing this dish! It is fantastic!“

“I ordered chicken with mixed vegetables, I was told that came with white rice okay for pint-size I ordered an extra pint size but I was also told that they were filled to the top so I had to use both pints to eat half of the chicken with mixed vegetables and so I'm going to go to another Chinese restaurant locally just to get some white rice for the second half of my meal. There was at least an eighth of an inch if not more to the top of the box it was very light. Food was delicious and I plan on going back but next time I'll make sure they pack my rice before I leave. Thank you for my first experience I'll be back just make sure I get enough rice next time if you don't I will.“

“Variety of Japanese and Korean food to choose from. Caveat you have to choose two main dishes if you want your food cook hibachi style but this is not a big deal. The food is delicious. I won’t give service a 5 star because our server only checked us once:) overall, this place is my go to for Japanese and Korean food. Recommend!!!“

“This tiny, family-run restaurant is the kind of place you'd expect to find nestled in a cozy corner of Manhattan – authentic, delicious food in a delightful atmosphere. I love eating a boiling hot bowl of ramen here on a cold New York winter night. The prices are good, and the service is great. A wide selection of beverages are available from a large glass-front refrigerator. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible as there are a few steps up to enter, and the toilets also require steps.“

“Food was good.We had the seafood soup and lack salt which it was a big dissatisfaction for me. We also had a hand press California roll and spring rolls. Overall experience it was ok- give them a try. Their bubba tea needed a little more ice! The place is super clean. Service is fast and friendly.Parking: Located in a small plaza so there’s plenty of room to park.“

“I thought this sushi was fresh, large, and delicious. I loved our meal. The server was friendly and attentive. I just wish they would turn the lights lower in the evening for dinner service so the ocean theme would create an underwater vibe. It is very bright for dinner.“

“Great place for traditional Japanese food and it's so clean. The look gives a calming atmosphere and the sushi is freshly made in front of you as well as a large selection of drinks. I Always come here at least once a month, usually 60 dollars for 2 people but it's worth for a lot of foodDietary restrictions: A lot of food is made of healthy options and nothing with much fatWheelchair accessibility: It's a simple ramp with no stairs“

“Never disappointed. Usually we dine in but lately we have been getting take out. The steak, shrimp and chicken is always made very well and the same great taste. The only small issue I have ever had was the General Tso’s chicken sometimes tastes different every other time. My wife says she loves the California rolls.“
