Went there yesterday and while taking my order, I asked if they had any chocolate fingers. The girl seemed annoyed but left to check came back and said they didn't. I asked, how about any chocolate frosted? Again seemed more annoyed and never came back on the speaker. After a few minutes, a man's voice came over the speaker, and delivered their opening phrase, asking if he could take my order, and we started all over again. After we got home my mother only took a few sips from her freshly brewed decaf small coffee. She dumped the rest out and saw the bottom of the cup was filled with almost a full half inch of coffee grounds. Disgusting!! It's all of 12' to walk from the register to the donut rack, to see what donuts they have and it was to much to this girl to do. Pathetic!!! I'm done with this place and they really should just close this shop. There's only like seven other DDs within a 2 mile radius, we'll be fine.

Went inside and 3 employees working not busy talking . I waived and was ignored until I had to go around the side and yell to the person ignoring me doing something working yes . He said they were coming. I know he saw me twice trying to get acknowledgment because I had a job and only a few minutes to wait. I said you should acknowledge that they see me. As I don’t read minds. The coffee was drowned in milk. First and last time I will ever use that location. Kids need training. I don’t like the way they went out of sight to get my coffee and I never drank it because they had rebellious attitude towards me . I have no trust in kids like that. Certainly they at a minimum don’t care what kind of product they give.

After standing at the counter for 10 minutes was told by an employee they were too busy to take my order and I'd either have to come back later or go sit in the drive thru line. Worst customer experience ever.
