The frozen yogurt is amazing and light, love how many options of toppings and different flavors you can haveKid-friendliness: It makes it fun for kids to be creative with a light snack and explore different flavors.
I’m a regular (daily if I can!) at the UWS store and also go to the UES one often, and occasionally to Chelsea.This franchise consistently delivers FroYo in, yes, 16 perfectly balanced tangy/sweet, fresh, smooth, highly addictive flavors that include must-have favorites plus introductions of creative new temptations. This store has the same fantastic FroYo as the west side location. However the staff here are not of the same excellent caliber with one exception. “Kayla” the assistant manager is absolutely fabulous. Whenever she is there, the entire experience is flawless - all the flavors are available and perfect, the staff are all busy working, the store is clean. When she’s not there…not so much. So..five stars for Kayla. She is tthis store location’s Special Sauce!
