One of the best steak experiences you’ll ever have. Alex/George takes such good care of you, as do all the other staff. The food is all impeccable and portion sizes are awesome for such a high end place. 212 Steakhouse is one of the only places in the NYC area who actually has A5 Wagyu (aka Kobe beef) from Japan. Would highly recommend!Vegetarian options: The mains are mostly steaks and meats. The sides are good quantities and mostly veg. They have some pasta and salad options.

Had quite possibly the most was the dinner of my life! They have everything from Kobe flights to succulent Lobster and the service is just top-notch!We had lychee martinis and gin with muddled strawberries and each item was more fantastic than the last ! Even the sides were good, melt in your mouth Mac and cheese and garlic broccoli enough to scare away a vampire ! So so good
212 is just one place in the city that can fulfill every sensation if you're in the mood for some truly excellent piece of meat.Always welcoming fresh, and tasty!

Server was nice for the most part. There was a dessert I asked for and it never mentioned nut toppings. When it came I told the waiter I’m allergic and he looked annoyed. The food was okay, I’d recommend the halal T-bone steak.

Great low key spot, have been multiple times. REAL Kobe beef, which is not easy to come by, and the prices are reasonable compared to similar places. The wait staff is very friendly and know their stuff too.

I went here for my birthday. The food was amazing well cooked. The waiter was very insightful with food that we were ordering. They have a lot of halal options for muslims. Their mocktails are SO GOOD and it's refreshing not sweet which I prefer. The waiter was super kind. I will be recommending this to my family and friends. I ordered wagyu beef with mashed potatoes. The dessert was a tiramisu. The one with the happy birthday written is the chocolate souffle.
This is an honest reviewer, the atmosphere is dimly lit. It do get crowded but that is expected it being a NYC steak house with huge reviews. The service was excellent from the moment we made reservations to us walking in. The Calamari was AMAZING ACTUALLY I just can’t rate them based off 1 thing. The drinks I expected to be stronger considering the waiter insisted he would but I could only imagine had he not attempted to. The steak whoever seasoned the calamari should just prep everything the steak was bland. But it being a rib eye it was still juicy and amazing. Lobster Mac & cheese barely had lobster I think the only piece was directly in the center.

Service is horrible, had to wait an hour just for a soda. Anything I would ask for wouldn't come. Food was cold, was probably sitting out for a while. Since 20% tip is included, they couldn't care less to help you. 0/10

Love coming here for special occasions. Food is always packed with flavor and they have great halal options. They have three halal steak options and some of their chicken is also halal. They continuously checked in to make sure everything was well for my liking.
Overall it was an okay experience. The food was pretty good the drinks were good but very watered down. They don't carry a lot of top shelf tequilas, no reposado or anejo at all. The place isn't really big majority of the seating is in the back which is kind of small and right near the kitchen. The food is what made the experience.
