More than positive experience! Nice and very welcoming place... I would also say very careful in detail. very courteous staff. Food EXCELLENT! Exceptional burgers to say the least. The meat and the overall quality of the sandwich were excellent. The sandwich ? itself is also very good, as it doesn't crumble in your hands while eating. Good value for money, taking into account that you are still in New York and not Rome... Definitely recommended ???

5 Napkins never disappoints. At the last minute on a Saturday night I realized our family really needed to go to 5 Napkins. Online they were completely booked so I called and the warm and helpful Rebecca answered! She kept her promise and found a way to get us a table when we arrived. Love Rebecca! Then we were fortunate enough to have Liam as our waiter. He was friendly, attentive and super helpful in guiding us in ordering what was delicious food! I’m a vegetarian and there were so many delicious options. Definitely get the broccoli side! Also want to give a shout out to Milon. He is always bussing when we come. He works so hard, is friendly and very conscientious.

Very crowded place with the possibility of waiting inside for your turn to eat. Good sandwiches although in my opinion the patty melt made in a normal sandwich would be truly exceptional! Average prices and good service
Great quality-price restaurant with a relaxed and modern but authentic vibe. Very friendly staff that was helpful with food allergies. A wide selection of beers, also from draft. We enjoyed our last dinner in the big apple.Kid-friendliness: 12 and under available menu’s for kids. Eg cheeseburger with fries, nice plate.
