They are horrible. The ladies at the counter needs to be re trained on how to talk to customers. No customer service skills. There are many other spots to go to besides this one. They over charge you and act like it's your fault! Inexperienced and lack of intelligence!

I ordered the French toast with bacon, the guy who I assume was the head cook repeated it back to me, then like 5-10 minutes later - after I had been waiting standing there - the cashier asked me what I ordered. I told him "French toast with bacon". Then it sounded like he was asking the same guy who took my order in Spanish, if he had started on my order. He (the cook) acted like he didn't know or was just now told the order. Then he looked at me and asked what my order was, so I repeated myself and then he shook his head, rolled his eyes, then walked off to tell the other cook to start on it. It was so rude and disgusting, I will never be going back. I hate when people who work with food give off that kind of energy. For such mediocre food, if the vibes are off there is no incentive to go.He should've owned up to his mistake and said to the cashier that he forgot, apologized to me, and made the food. Instead he acted like I never told him, and like he was frustrated with me.Then to add insult to injury, the "french toast" was soggy and the bacon was under cooked. It was so fatty and gummy. YUCK. The FT tasted like it came frozen in a box from the grocery store which I'm willing to bet it did.Two stars for service because the cashier was kind, otherwise I would've given a sure 1.There are SO many better spots in the area. Go here if you have no other choice, and DON'T get anything that requires a fork and/or spoon. Just get a sandwich, wrap, etc.

Asked for a bacon egg and cheese salt pepper ketchup on a toasted bagel. A NYC staple. The order came out pretty quickly (not toasted). I asked if they put salt pepper and ketchup. The owner said no you can do that yourself. That's ridiculous. He threw a salt packed in the bag, no pepper or ketchup. I'll never come here again especially with york grill & juice bar around the corner.

Ordered a bunch of sandwiches and an omelet from this place via Postmates and had a pretty bad experience. We asked for several of the sandwiches with "no mayo/dressing please" and all came slathered with mayo and dressing. I think this should be a pretty standard/easy request to accommodate. The omelet was also extremely small (like one egg's worth). Disappointed in the poor service. IMO, nothing gourmet about this place.

Ordered an egg white wrap advertised as $6.95 - normal price, no meat. Get to the register... $9.95! How can that be? "new prices" ... so 40% hike and never changed the menu. very steep price for average breakfast wrap

Great menu. Delicious broiler chickens and sides. They also have a wide selection for sandwiches and breakfast deals. I come here every Saturday for my bagels. Very reasonable prices and the cooks are the owners and really nice.

One of the best buffet deli in NYC. Great selection of foods, very fresh and tasty. Price somewhat high.
Chef Hollywood and the staff at the deli are the best! From their rotisserie chickens to their fresh wraps, you will leave happier than ever.

It's very strategically placed, so they receive a lot of traffic from all three hospitals in the area. However, there's some shady practices going on. I order the same deli sandwich everyday and it will be a different price every day. And it's not dependent on who is behind the counter; I go at the same time for lunch so I get the same two women and they charge differently on different days. And I know it's not illegal, but they charge extra if you use a card, which is just annoying.
