The pizza was alright; it's definitely not the best I've had among other places. But the vibe around the place was good only because it was close to Times Square.
Papery, bland pizza that can be had for $.99 close to the heart of Times Square. Dual checkout lines each with a terminal for cards guarantee quick throughput. The knock is that the dollar is stretched as thinly as possible here, which means thin crust, a skimpy amount of cheese, and a sauce base that doesn't extend to the traditional beginning of the crust. The crust area can be twice as wide as you'd expect, and with no lip. There is a unique pleasure in getting three pieces of pizza for $3.27 in NYC (when paying by card). However, the proportions here are not sustainable for a big eater.
