The food was amazing!! Definitely recommend the chips and guacamole and the burgers they have. Also amazing service, it was my birthday and our waitress took tons of cute photos, I can’t thank her enough!

I had such an awful experience here, mainly because of the Mexican guy who was helping the bartender. I want to make it clear that it was NOT the bartender, but the guy helping him, who was from Mexico City. I started talking to him in Spanish because I'm also from Mexico, and not sure if he felt that he had a right to do this, but every time I went to the restroom, HE WHISTLED AT ME. I went to the bathroom a couple of times and he did it EACH TIME. I'm sorry but how is this professional? how do you still do this to women, let alone at work, to a customer??? It is completely wild to me. I told him that he was pissing me off and he just said "Hmmm you're mad already?" Please hire better employees. This is such a bad look.

The food was good so were the drinks but the service was amazing! Stayed at Arlo and went up for the rooftop multiple nights because of how the experience was! Every bartender and the bar manager were welcoming and got to know us. They went above and beyond for us- definitely would come back.
Very nice rooftop with chill vibes. Would recommend making reservation in advance as walk-in can be tough for big groups.

I booked my company Happy Hour at ART SoHo and everyone who came thoroughly enjoyed it. There was even talk of having our Christmas party here. It gets crowded and a bit loud with the afterwork crowd, but by 7:30 it clears out. I recommend reserving a booth or table. We will definitely return!

Such a cute, chill vibe. I had one of their seasonal drinks — the strawberry mai tai (it has some rhubarb in it) — and I love their shoestring fries with truffle aioli. There’s definitely not a view to brag about but there are cozy seats and little nooks that make the experience intimate + good music, and the staff are really nice.
Drinks were alright, service was not great. Went early in the evening so it wasn't busy but took a while before any one came to take our order. The ambiance is also fine, a standard Manhattan roof top bar. Honestly the whole vibe of the place was just off as well, I'm sure it's someone's vibe but definitely not mine or my friends. And I wouldn't normally leave a bad review based off that but! The 1 star is because they double charged my card (refunded the second charge, I didn't need to do anything). But they also charged me more than what I signed for on the receipt. It was the difference of $6 so I'm not trying to start anything. The combination of everything just left a bad taste in my mouth so here's this review.

Decent rooftop bar with a view. Drinks are okay, but not spectacular nor very innovative which is to be expected. Service was friendly and professional.My only complaint would be that they religiously rim every cocktail with the same ingredients which makes them all seem similar.

Tamara was the best, she was so nice and helpful and I had a great conversation with her, she was so welcoming and kind. Waitress was very helpful and got us everything we wanted even when we were being a bit confusing at times. Didn’t try the food but the drinks were good.

This is one of my favorite roof top spaces in NYC.There are no covers to get in. The crowd is laid back and unpretentious.Music always seems to match the energy of the crowd. Standard rooftop cocktail pricing ($18-20). Cocktails are well balanced.Its always a fun, low drama vibe at Arlo Roof Top
