I made a reservation and had to put in my credit card information to hold the table. I got a confirmation email and everything. However, when I got to the restaurant, it was closed and had been closed for nearly a month. I'm not sure why it's still available for reservations and why credit card information is required. Disappointing for sure

The staff were so rude, I have actually never experienced anything like it before. They also do not let anyone order drinks at the table unless everyone is 21, which they didn't make clear when we made the reservation. Overall, the staff were rude and the food was just okay. I wouldn't come here.

My worst customer service resturant experience ever. They were so passive aggressive towards me and my friends. The food was nasty. One of my friends had a bug in her sprite and they act like it was nothing. So rude and just terrible never going here again. You shouldn't go here at all.

We stayed at the hotel next door, we walked by this place everyday. I figured bar food that would be okay. Monday night around 8 pm. We were tired and hungry so let's just try this establishment. The place was pretty quiet so we were seated immediately and water was poured. Super friendly server, amd the bar has Empress gin. The drinks were well made. I saw on the menu a mac and cheese burger. The red flag for me was Instagram worthy. I'm thinking nice presentation no flavor. I took the bait and decided to order it. It's a giant beef patty a disk of fried Mac and cheese and Mac and cheese. The not fried mac and cheese is flowing out of the burger. I use a for and scoop up a bite full. The my happy surprise the mac and cheese had great flavor. It was cheesy and seasoned well. Overall the burger was great. The fries were crispy on the outside soft on the inside. My wife, at the servers suggestion, opted for the hanger steak burger. She loved it. The bite I had, tasted more like a steak with deep rich flavor. The jalapeños were a nice touch of heat to help cut through the richness. My daughter had the boneless wings. The Buffalo sauce was solid. Overall it was a good meal.

In short. Don't go. Rude staff, weak drinks. We had been here before years ago and had a decent time... decided to go again. Huge mistake. Staff is so rude and has attitude right from the start. The manager was working the bar and was TERRIBLE. We had to beg to get drinks. He pretended like he had no idea what a car bomb was...maybe that's possible? We had a group of 10 and we were just there to get drinks at the bar. They automatically added gratuity (probably because he knew their service was terrible). I'd pass, there are tons of other bars.

Watered down drinks for happy hour.Long wait time for food orders. Wait staff is unattententive. I ordered fries and wings more than 30.mins ago. Bar staff said they forgot to put it in. VERY disappointing! Last time buying anything here. Came for an event.

heheheh Fun

Food looks like sht, ice cold food, literally nothing special about this place. Items on meu is nothing special, thought we could grab a quick bite. Took 1hr for cold burgers. So many other resteruants in NYC to try out.

Service was great. They let us have a cabana without a spending minimum because it was slow. Food was really not good, but I guess that's not why you come here. They let us put a soccer game on tv as well.

Had 2 cocktails and an order of the golden wings. My first cocktail wasn't to good, but I didn't want to send it back...I feel bad! The wings were actually really good. Definitely a bit of a splurge but totally worth it! I would definitely go back for them again.

Horrible Service, it took them forever to get an order of wings and fries to me. Bar staff said they forgot

This is the best bar I’ve been to in a long while, the staff, GM (Laura), Bartender (Mar) are absolutely out of this world. If you’re visiting NY or just looking for a night out then come here. They really know how to show you a good time, and I haven’t experienced that in awhile to be honest.

My friend and I had Sunday brunch here. The service was fast and the food was delicious! I have been to another Ainsworth location for dinner which was also great. I'm glad I got to try the brunch here. We will definitely be back!

Honestly just an awful establishment. Will not go back. We came here for March Madness, made a reservation prior, and were called the day before saying there's a $350 minimum for 6 people during March Madness. Pretty ridiculous for a sports bar. Once we got there, they refused to put on the sound for the games, even though they required us to pay a minimum for March Madness. The hostess was rude when asking to put the game on as well. The music was blaring loud and whoever was picking songs had the taste of a 15-year old girl. Once we received our check, there was an additional charge of $18 added just for using a credit card along with an automatic 20% gratuity. This was after they required us to put a credit card on file for the night. As I mentioned before, just a terrible establishment. I mean who sells gold flake wings...

The worst staff and management I have experienced. Truly service was awful and the attitude of the staff could not be worse. F management gave a crap they would fire the entire staff. Truly these guys were jerks
