The Razzle Dazzle is probably the best ice cream I've ever had! Really creamy with delicious flavor. The cookies and cream is also the best version of that flavor I've had. Highly recommend.

The ice cream at Alphabet Scoop isn't terrible, it's just no better than the average supermarket freezer section ice cream. The chocolate chip cookie dough had so few chunks of cookie dough, it seemed like they were skimping to save money. The lack of chunks accentuated the dullness of their vanilla flavor and I wound up throwing it out, as did one of my companions. I never leave bad reviews, but precious money was wasted here. This place is a head scratcher considering the many great options in NYC. Everyone deserves a second chance though, and I'll try it again when I see a trend of reviews that note substantial improvement.Kudos to Alphabet Scoop for supporting teen jobs. For that reason they deserve support.

For one there is roaches in the chocolate sprinkles I once worked there it’s the worst job ever there is mice in the refrigerator and the staff is lowkey racist. DO NOT RECOMMEND so many people got sick shut this place down.

Super friendly staff. Taste is okay - not the fancy gelato type but more like homemade ice cream. A little too sweet in my opinion. Recommend the matcha flavor and salted caramel/butter pecan if you can handle

Definitely one of THE BEST ice creams that I've ever had (and I've had my share of gelato and ice cream). The flavors are what you want: Ginger ice cream tastes like ginger and has chunks of ginger. Green tea ice cream tastes like green tea. Also, the texture is smooth and thick enough not to overwhelm. The walk to this place was deliciously worthy. Definitely coming back solo or with friends!

Absolutely decadent, creamy, and flavorful ice cream that they make in house that also has an excellent price point. The lavender ice cream (5/5) that I had was creamy and had actual specs of lavender in it. Absolutely divine - they also give you a lot of ice cream for only around $6. Not so good. I get it's a non profit. But management needs to throughly train staff of ice cream ingredients and general customer service. We walked in and the employee was sleeping at the counter. She gets up takes our orders. I ordered 3 ice creams, for my partner, niece and myself. I ordered the vegan chocolate chip, it was a great flavor but I got the literal bottom of the bucket. She was scraping forever, little shags of ice cream. When she was done it was hardly a scoop. Then my partner ordered a regular chocolate chip, which the manager and the employee were unsure of an Ice cream swap reg or vegan and who's fault it was. All while we're just standing there in a hot shop.My niece got a reg chocolate chip waffle cone, hers was perfect she loved it, but by the time we ate em and walked home her mouth swelled up. We called the ice cream shop and tasked them what was in the ice cream she's only allergic to walnuts and they promised there was no walnuts or cross contamination. We walked near 10 blocks for a late night snack, wouldn't do it again. Good luck.
