Ama raw bar is a Gem! Recently had a private event at Ama East village for our wedding after party and the food, drinks and space was amazing. Carly was an amazing resource and helped us cater the food and drinks menu from day one. Would recommend for a night out or an event! Thanks so much team!

Shared happy hour clams - a dozen BARCAT - CHESAPEAKE BAY, VA and a dozen ST. SIMON - NEW BRUNSWICK, CA with delicious gochujang cocktail, lemongrass mignonette, and ponzu scallion sauces. Super fresh and the St. Simons were salty and meaty, just so delicious. Mussels were flavorful and served with Nori fries.Chic and vibey interior, great to meet friends for happy hour on a weeknight. Didn't really blow me away but also nothing to really complain about, so I'm just going to give it a 3. But I wouldn't mind coming back so it's morI like a 3.75.
We went here because I had an oyster craving. The oysters were delicious and fresh. But we made the mistake of getting the muscles and those were so bad (burned, shriveled, hard) my boyfriend almost got sick at the table. Also there was a weird smell on the inside. They also switched servers on us by the end without saying anything. So ultimately if you’re coming for drinks and oysters it’s a good deal. But I wouldn’t order any other seafood.

This place is a winner! I came here with a friend a while back mainly for their $1.25 oyster happy hour!! I repeat - they have $1.25 oyster happy hours! The oysters were fresh (rule of thumb: only eat these babies in months that have the letter 'r' in them)!The chicken bao buns were tasty; spicy but good! The Nori fries - omg I could still taste the unique flavors of salty seaweed and garlic seasoning! I had a bite from my friend's salmon and I have to say I'd probably rank it top 5 of the most savoury salmons I've ever had in my life.We went for dinner so the ambiance was nicely dim and there was good music playing.I would definitely come back here, especially for those oysters!!
