I have been to this bar several times, but did not like my last visit. The bartenders acted like they were doing me a favor in serving me. I am an African American male and both bartenders were Caucasian females. I think that diversity training should be added to the program for this bar.

What i disliked about this bar was that they didn't have Jameson and their alternative was bad.

What a place to visit for a Manchester City fan! The atmosphere was brilliant. They decorate the place really nicely for matches, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I recommend having one of the towers of cider but be careful, they’re pretty strong! The boneless chicken wings were one of the most joyous things I’ve ever heard whilst watching football.

My favorite NYC sports bar. I travel from midtown to the West Village to partake in their amazing burgers. Super service from Marie. Lots of screens to watch whatever team you cheer for.

I've been here twice and don't really think I'll be back. They have some fun specials and happy hour deals but the drinks are consistently slow to come out and they taste bad. Both times that I got a margarita, there was no sweet or sour flavor, just tequila. All of my friends agreed that our drinks tasted more like alcohol than anything else-- one even said that her drink tasted like a Yankee candle. The food is good and reasonably priced. I tried the $10 Tasty Bird Tuesday chicken sandwich and did really like it, and the cheese curds are also good. Everyone liked what they ordered, from nachos to mac n cheese balls. It's easy to get a table for a group here on a weeknight without a reservation and the music is not so loud that you can't hear each other talk. The music actually has been pretty good consistently. So, the food here is good, the cocktails are bad, and the service is often slow.

First thing I want to make clear. This establishment is great. The GM is always so polite and welcoming. I came here with some friends to watch college football today and the door guy who is dressed very well. Very sharp looking gentleman. He welcomed us in, checked our ids, and even checked our bags which I can appreciate because it's all about safety. The bartenders are great and so attentive. But our whole experience was ruined by the manager Ro. Not only did she move our reservation without telling us when we planned this in advance on Resy, she talked down to us like we weren't human. Then I started to take a closer look and I saw how she speaks to her own staff. She doesn't treat them like human beings. Especially the poor door guy who is literally the first person any patron experiences. This guy just took her demeaning words and is just doing his job. I'm a business owner myself and your most valuable asset is your people. Then to top off how unprofessional this person is she literally starts yelling and screaming after some rugby game ended with plenty of tables with dirty plates and glasses. I won't support a place that treats patrons and employees who keep us safe like they are not human. I can see I'm not the only review talking about this cancerous person. I hope Ro can be introspective about this and learns how to treat people. It's a morality issue.

The New York Blood Center has this place as one of their participating venues. After my project at Union Square, I decided to go here despite the rainy day that ensued. I had three vouchers from the center and let's just say that I made a good decision. Their food smelled awesome so I had a chicken little along with my entitled free drinks. I left the choices up to the bar since I'm not very picky.Anyway, I had a fun time here and the staff were super chill. There was an event planned here so I was lucky to witness it. Don't know what it was but it looked like the customers were having a swell time. Even though it's my first visit, I have more than enough Intel to conclude that this place deserves your time and your business. I would recommend and I say give it a chance to impress you.
