Stumbled upon this place when me and the wife cancelled a dinner and show downtown and decided to stay local. It was one of the best dinners experiences we have had in a while. Drinks where great and innovative. Our bartender was amazing and super friendly. They had a 3 course prefix for $35 which was not only a great deal, but every dish was amazing, I had the duck and my wife had the curry. bartender was kind enough to introduce us to the owner/chef and we chatted about their how a Puertorrican/Peruvian and Bengali couple decided to follow their dream and open up a place in homage to their astrological signs.Let me tell you, it worked out amazing. Have been back several times since that first experience and it just keeps getting better.

Had brunch here awhile ago, which was kind of a mess. They messed up the orders and the service was very slow and generally not good, but it was right after the pando and I think they had only recently opened. So, I cut them some slack and didn't leave a review. Tonight I stopped in to have a quick drink while waiting for someone. I ordered a dry belvedere martini, shaken, very cold with a twist and it was really not good. First it wasn't very cold at all, so I asked the barmaid to shake it again, which she evidently did with the lemon peel still in it. It was cloudy, and near undrinkable. And it was 20 bucks. The music playing was tragic '90s retro, from Pearl Jam to Paula Abdul - the bar crowd were eclectic Harlem-ites, and either ignoring or not feeling it. As a musician I thought "Wrong music. Read the room". All in all it was a mediocre experience.

We went here for restaurant week and the menu they served was incredible! They served both the duck and the lamb and they were each cooked to perfection. The service was lovely and attentive and we have already recommended it to multiple people. Can't wait to come back!

Great intimate date spot in Harlem. We went during restaurant week and they had a pretty good prefix menu. I had the roast duck which was very delicious. Also very close to the 116 st stop. Would recommend.

I don't usually post negative reviews because I think everyone can make mistakes. However, I had the most frustrating experience in this place. There's nothing worse than walking into a restaurant with a smile on your face and walking out upset.First of all, the food wasn't as good as I'd expected given the prices - think again. Worst of all, I was asked to finish my dinner at the bar because there was a reservation on the table where I was sitting (noting that they didn't give notice beforehand). The request was simply inappropriate and very poorly handled because I hadn't finished my dinner. I would never accept being pushed around for something I pay for but unfortunately some restaurants don't consider the customer and only think about piling up the bill. The owner apologized but I honestly didn't feel any sincerity. Not a single gesture from him either.

This was my favorite restaurant when I was living in Harlem. I brought everyone here for any occasion. Great friendly service. Incredible food. Worth the trip.

Bruh… as soon as we walked in the host/waiter greeted us as if he was so upset that we came in. He pointed us to a table, put menus down and never returned. After about 12 minutes of sitting, not even a water brought to us, the bartender had to come from behind the bar to do someone else’s job. When our food came out, my lamb hash tasted as if it had been marinating in dish water. I had to send it back, which I hate having to do. After the waiter, had a small conniption, he asked what else I would like. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich instead and it was much better. The bartender tried to make it right and brought me what he said would be a comp mimosa, but the waiter still charged me for it. We will never be returning here. The bartender and the chicken sandwich were the saving grace, but still not enough to make me want to ever patronize this place again.

The service at the Archer & Goat is currently top notch. Everyone is super friendly, but not overly intrusive, which is a hard balance to find. Had the burger and fries. The fries are excellent. Being a New Yorker, for me a proper burger needs to have RAW red onions, theirs comes with roasted onions, but when I asked for the sub, I was told "of course" and the burger came with a perfect thick slice of raw red onion. It was amazing. From the servers, to the bartenders to cooks, this place is running like a mix between a perfect Swiss watch and a southern Italian neighborhood trattoria, precise but warm. A thing of beauty, a joy to the world. Definitely worth a trip to Harlem.

Food was very good. We had a bunch of different foods and enjoyed them all. The staff was Lovely and the owner is great. A must have on condiments is the sofrito ketchup (should be bottled) and great ambiance.

Can't wait to go back to A&G! Its a really well designed place with decent music backyard seating, front patio seating, and of course seating for roughly 30+ ppl indoors. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when I visited with some friends for brunch on a weekend. The service was a little bit slow at the beginning but picked up once we put in our drink order. The cocktail menu was full of hits. Its not a super long menu but all the drinks felt well curated and made. The drink sizes are quite small though. They also have a $25 bottomless mimosas option for Brunch. The food menu was really appetizing it was hard to choose something to eat. A mix of Bangladeshi and Latin food is not something I knew I needed, but I am a fan bow. I ended up ordering the roasted duck. I hadnt realized it was a salad. I maybe wouldnt have ordered it. However Im glad I did. It was so well seasoned. Wasn't gamey at all and it was surprisingly filling for me.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Archer & Goat! They have a nice backyard patio area where we sat to eat our food. I started off with the French fries which I loved -- the portions are huge so I had enough to share with my friend. For my entree I ordered the carne asada which I highly recommend! The steak was cooked perfectly and had so much flavor. Overall great experience!

I came here with friends on a Saturday and the service was okay. It took awhile to get our food...but it was worth the wait. The restaurant has a nice vibe, but it's really cramped. (If you're a big guy/girl you may be a bit uncomfortable: word to the wise.)

Can I give this place six stars for service? Zachary (my server) and Tomas were amazing. I have had a hard go of things after being run over by an SUV. This restaurant is my bright light as it is close enough to my house that I can be wheeled there. They were so nice and kind and made sure I was very comfortable. They remember me each time I come to dine and ensure everything is perfect.Aside from that, this is one place where I don't have to ask for extra seasoning or spices. The flavors are full-on delicious. I'm so glad I found this restaurant that has a fusion of delicious flavors. Everything I've tasted is absolutely fab.Wheelchair accessibility: Great accessibility when the weather is nice. They accommodate with plenty of comfy outdoor seating. I recently ate indoors and they have a wonderful electric accessibility ramp. I slid on in and out with ease.

This was a great spot. Small good menu, good and filling options. Pictured is the hot chicken and the Lamb and potato skillet. Price on average was 20-30 per plate. The service was friendly and the local felt trendy but also cosy. Would come here again to try their other menu (we did brunch).
